Been before several times for cruises great location friendly staff and the most comfortable bed all good

Very clean and spacious room. Convenient free parking and good restaurant.

Walking distance from the Southampton central train station and a huge mall at West Quay. Also walking distance to the cruise ships if you’re an energetic and fit walker type.

They gave my 12 year old an unreasonable amount of left over free pastries. She embarrassingly ate them all, and still brings it up.

The staff were exceptional and very helpful

Right next to the motorway, yet far enough away to be quiet! Great shower with plenty of hot water. Service centre easy walk for food and supplies. Really friendly staff too, happy to provide a cloth and cleaner to clean our windshield.

Close to town food shops & ferry & cruise terminal. Clean & homely.

Not far from Southampton although not near any great civilisation! Room fine for one night and just for sleeping. No doubt much better when pub is open

Hello, the only complaint that we have it there there was no way of having ice cubes in our drinks - is there any chance of an under counter freezer for future visits?

There should have been bedding for the pull out sofa.

Very clean , it had the necessities I needed to cook every day. It was a good area too. I never felt unsafe. iMessage the lettor for a couple of things, they responded immediately. The photo is the view off the Terrace. And the dog was very comfortable.
