The room was very cozy and comfortable. The air conditioner was great both for the heat and for helping dry our clothes when it was too humid for them to dry outside.

Very clear and lovely staff. Rooms are small but for one person is comfortable for long stay and sort stay is okey for couples.

An excellent hotel in a scenic peaceful location. Though I had to stay there shortly, it was a pleasant surprise that the hotel is actually pet friendly, many thanks to the owner for understanding! 🫀 Among other things the hotel is close to the sea, and yet you feel like in the mountains because of the landscapes. There's a kitchen and a beautiful garden within the hotel's premises, if needed there's also a laundry. Wi-fi is good, I was able to work, no problem. I've got a lovely breakfast in the morning and spent some time with the owner's family, they're good decent people.

The room was great, everything we needed worked well. We had a kitchenette shared between two rooms basically to ourselves (and the host's permission to use a kitchen on the other floor if we wanted).

The cozy atmosphere and kind greeting from the proprietors and their staff are simply great. Their tasty meals are a must-try. It is just a few steps from the Carrefour shop and the beach, and a 5-10 minute drive to the center, assuming no traffic, and they immediately approved my request for a late check-out.

Good price. Location near the sea. Shops and cafes are close. Homemade breakfast. Took into account my wishes. Resolve all problems quickly.

A comfortable guesthouse in a good place. The apartment has all the basic necessities. Suitable for families. Pet friendly. Great to be there and for sure I will always book in this lovely guesthouse.

Outstanding hospitality. This lovely family cared for us as if we were lifelong friends. Simply incredible people. Your heart will be bigger after coming here. Also, room a bathroom both spotlessly clean. Lovely balcony view. It was a big plus that we could use the laundry machine. მადლობა!

Very nice and new apartment. 2 rooms, big bathroom and big...I mean, BIG terace. Everthing that you need it's in the place. Fulll options as equipment. The Sea and the beach is in proximity,3-5 minutes to walk. YAou have also shops, a butcher shop with turkey fresh meat, for barbeque, its in the front of the property.The Bothanical Garden it's also in proximity. You may see it from terace.Good view to the hills and nice garden in the courtyard. The owner is a very nice man and his dog, Rex will stay around of you just if you like him. I stayed in Batumi for 1 month, but this place is the best for my taste. Everything it's nice in Georgia and Batumi. Batumi is like a "little Dubai", with affordable prices and good products, good food, very nice people....You may stay here for months. I already have 42 days here. So, xome and visit these places!
