The property itself was beautiful, from the inside and the outside. Inside, it was cozy, comfortable and has all the amenities my family needed. The host Kostas was very helpful and easy to reach when needed. Overall, a really good property and management.

We had a wonderful stay at Levantes House Mykonos. The accommodation was beautiful, tastefully decorated, and equipped with everything we needed, including a stovetop, oven, and washing machine. Our host, Eleni, was extraordinarily kind and made us feel truly at home. Before our arrival, the hosts sent us a message letting us know that we could check in earlier, as the previous guests had checked out early and the house was already ready. Since another house was available, they also kindly upgraded us to the accommodation we had originally selected. When we arrived, the air conditioning was already on, and there were bottles of water in the fridge, several jars of homemade jam, two jars of biscuits made from Eleni’s mother’s recipe, and even a freshly baked apricot cake straight from the oven. Almost every day, Eleni surprised us with one or even two plates of delicious homemade cakes, or with fresh fruit and vegetables from their garden. Everything was impeccably clean, and the house was cleaned again every day. The location is also excellent, close to the beautiful village of Ano Mera, where there are many tavernas and restaurants serving delicious food at reasonable prices. It is also only about 15 minutes from Mykonos Town (Chora), and several superb beaches. We felt absolutely wonderful here and truly hope to come back as soon as possible.

​The villa itself was perfect—safe, clean, and equipped with everything we could need, including a jacuzzi and a grill. However, the real highlight was the excellent owner. We didn't need to ask for a thing; they were constantly proactive and attentive. Their service went beyond all expectations and truly elevated our entire stay.

A truly unforgettable stay at Ftelia Black Villas! From the moment we arrived, everything exceeded our expectations. The villa was immaculate — beautifully designed, combining luxury and comfort in a serene.The attention to detail in both the interior and exterior spaces made our stay feel exclusive and deeply relaxing. One of the highlights of our experience was the in-villa spa treatment. We had an incredible massage session by Theresa and Katerina (if i'm not mistaken with the names), who were not only highly skilled but also deeply intuitive and professional. Their calming energy and expert touch elevated our entire stay — it felt like a true wellness retreat. The spa services offered at Ftelia Black are definitely worth indulging in if you’re seeking total relaxation. Everything — from the service to the amenities — was exceptional. We can’t wait to return!
