It felt like I was staying at my grandmothers summer home. Because thats exactly what it was. The view was breathtaking and the location was peaceful. Located down the street from the best restaurant in all of Chios. Highly recommend this place.

Nikos was a great host. The house was comfortable and suited all our needs. It is in a good, quiet, and peaceful location. Beautiful garden with a sea view.

The breakfast was superb! Homemade sweets, fresh omelette and lots of choice of fresh fruit and juice of fresh oranges of the farm of the owner were some elements of a breakfast with quality and local products. Inge was like a member of our family who welcomes you and makes you feel at home at once, always willing to help you with her warm smile. The overall experience of staying in a renovated room of a building of the past centuries is amazing. I would recommend it to all lovers of history and architecture. Walking around the trees of the farm gives you a feeling of calmness and connection with nature which is very relaxing.

I think this is the best possible place and house in Chios. It really exceeded our expectations. Location is perfect! Just a minute away from the sandy Karfas Beach. If you travel there when the sea temperatures are not very high, Karfas is the best place to swim as its water is warmer than others. The view of the house was exceptional! It has a beautiful sea view from every part of the house. This is a 2 story stone house. Actually it has 2 separate flats. There are 2 rooms in each floor. On each floor, there a twin bed in one bedroom and 2 small bed (sofalike) on the other room. There is a small kitchen with nice and clean kitchen appliances. In front of it, there is a patio with table and chairs. Lidl and My Market was few minutes away. We bought our food and prepared nice breakfasts and dinners on the lovely patio. The house is on the side of a hill very close to Karfas beach in the middle of greens and trees. There is nothing in front of the house except for trees and sea, so it has a great privacy and you feel like you are totally alone in the nature yet it is minutes away from the civilization so you don’t feel scared at all. The owner Margarita is a lovely lady. We also rented our car from her son Kostas. Everything was so convenient and nice.
