This is a wonderful vacation resort, friendly owners and staff, beautiful pool and restaurant, delicious breakfast and dinner, also bar service at the pool. We enjoyed our stay immensely and would definitely return!

Breakfast was wonderful- we enjoyed the variety and freshness of what was offered (a welcome break from the typical/simple breakfast at a local bar offered by many B&Bs). Parking nearby worked out very well and we appreciated the friendly and reliable communication with the front desk.

Super location in the historic Centro.

The location was perfect in the Old Town district. This apartment was perfect for our stay. It was easily and safely accessible anytime. It is close to restaurants, coffee bars and shopping. As frequent visitors to this area, we hope it will be available for our next visit. The owner was very accommodating with our special request. As we were on a long vacation, the washing machine was a great plus!

L’Attichetto is perfectly located between two of the main squares of Ascoli Piceno. The appartement is clean, well designed and comfortable with a fantastic balcony terrasse overlooking the rooftops of the town which is breathtakingly beautiful at all times of the day. The kitchen is functional, the bathrooms are very good and the bedroom comfortable with more spectacular views. Special note that instructions were so easy to follow for parking and check in from the host. Excellent communication.

Great location in the heart of Ascoli Piceno.

Very clean apartment! Modern and new! Good size kitchen and bathroom. Perfect location (city center). Quiet and safe neighborhood. Grocery store nearby.

My family lives in Villa Pigna—Spinellis. I always stay there.

Elisabeth was incredibly hospitable, offering traditional American breakfast of egg and meat, or more regionally local selections of homemade pastry. She made chocolate chip breakfast loaf, jam filled croissants, the selection was different every morning. Our apartment was a bit chilly during the rainy periods, but when the sun came out you could open all the windows and doors and enjoy the birds, churchbells, and enjoy the scent of a wood fireplace chimney heating the kitchen for your breakfast seating. This booking was walkable to the post office, several dining options and many piazzas and churches.

Marco, the owner, is a fantastic host, and he made us feel very at home. Loved the view and the covered patio where we breakfasted.
