The location is central , walk from the railway station . A small friendly hotel

Everything was so good, room was delightful, clean and comfortable. Hotel staff was very friendly and helpful, they did me a favor and I couldn't apriciate more. Also, the breakfast was too good, everything fresh and tasty. I would recommend this little hotel to everyone visiting Ferrara. Close to the main attractions in the city old town and is surrounded by many restaurants so that you can enjoy Italian cuisine. For sure I will be staying here in the future.

This hotel was in the perfect part of town to go to the city Centro. I think her name was Francesca at the front desk, The evening we came in, she was very, very helpful about places to see, distances, restaurants and parking.

I cannot be more positive about The Dome. The room was huge and centrally located in a pedestrian zone. My huge window faced the Duomo and the nearby Estense Castle. There is no breakfast but there are plenty of food shops just below the Hotel. It even has a McDonalds in the same building complex. It is a 20 minute walk to the rail station, but there are many bus stops in the Hotel area. The buses stop just outside the rail station. The stops are a 5 minute walk to the Hotel. I have never experienced a place with such great lighting. Since it is a pedestrian zone below as this is Ferrara's main Piazza there is foot traffic till mid-night. If you shut the window and use the earplugs which the Hotel automatically supplies (thank you to Sonia, the chambermaid) you do not hear the voices below. The Hotel also supplied a sewing kit automatically. It was convenient for me as I had loose buttons on my long pants and shorts and took care of them with the kit. The area has restaurants galore just below the rooms. The Dome also has a Sky-bar serving good food and drink at reasonable prices. The Dome restaurant is on the same level as my room.

The location is excellent—less than a block from the castle and the cathedral. There is a 24-hour taxi stand almost outside the door and plenty of bars and restaurants are nearby. The building is fully refurbished and sparkling clean, and every effort has been made to provide comfort for the guests. Beds are comfortable and the shower is a delight. Extra touches like a shelf for soap and shampoo in the shower, fluffy towels, slippers, and plush bathrobes make all the difference. The lighting is great and there is even a magnifying makeup mirror. They also provide a corkscrew and a pair of scissors for opening those annoying plastic packets with teabags inside. The owners live on site and cheerfully render whatever assistance is needed. For example, when a construction crew working outside accidentally cut the internet cable, the owner quickly set up a cellular modem to restore Wi-fi to the guests. Excellent service is their goal.

Beautiful property…old rustic with modern. Perfect location, right across from the castle & close to restaurants, bars & shops.

Location is perfect for a walking tours. Filippo will go beyond your expectations for a great host. Super friendly and helping with advices against local places and good experiences. Breakfast should not be missed where you will be welcomed by Joker (the friendliest dog in the world)

Absolutely everything was flawless. The room, bathroom, and all areas were impeccably clean. The bed was exceptionally comfortable. The hotel's proximity to the train station and its not-so-distant location from Ferrara center were extremely convenient. Furthermore, having a supermarket right across from the hotel was a huge plus.

The staff is super welcoming. Thank you, Paolo and Marco, for the great service! The room itself was spacious, although the furniture was a bit old and dark. However, it doesn't take away from the experience, and in particular, the food is delicious. In addition, it was super clean.

Quiet area, friendly employees. They started breakfast earlier for me.
