The staff is friendly, the bungalow is spacious and clean, and the pool is amazing for adults and children. We will come back for sure. The restaurant with fair prices and delicious food, great breakfast buffet. Good connection with the bus with Grado and the supermarket.Bikes for rent for a fair price.

Incredible breakfast, friendly and helpful staff, excellent location, clean, air conditioning.

The staff was very helpful and we were able to leave the e-bikes in the storage. They also hose that we could wash them . The breakfast was delicious

Great stay, peaceful and quiet with a lot od facilities. Staff was very kind and helpful, especially on the reception. Room was well equiped and clean. I would definitely stay again.

Quiet, clean rooms with nice balcony and very comfortable bed. Excellent breakfast with lots of sweet and savory options. The area is a bit far to walk from the old town but with bicycles the place is ideal. There is an indoor bike storage but you can also keep the bicycles in the back yard. Parking is available for a reasonable fee.

The staff were extremely friendly and helpful. Buffet breakfast was fresh and plentiful. The room was comfortable with air conditioning and with fridge, a lovely bathroom with daily towel changes. Good location to the beach and the supermarket. Free parking area in front of the hotel.

Newly renovated small b&b in the city and close to the beach, very cordial atmosphere and helpful staff, we really enjoyed it. The restaurant is excellent!

Great location, away from the crowds

Excellent hotel, good breakfast and location. Secure parking for our motorbike in the inner courtyard. Loved the stay here.

Stay at the hotel was amazing. Everything was clean and tidy. Breakfast was surprisingly nice with make-yourself scrambled eggs, vegetables, cakes and delicious coffee. Pleasant touch - free of charge bicycles, we spent an awesome day exploring Grado on them! Safe parking for motorcycles!

The host lady was very friendly, already waited for us, even though we arrived later than we planned. She offered us free breakfast, which we very much appreciated and she even gave us a welcome drink (bottle of prosecco). The apartment was clean comfortable in size with a large terrace. The beach was on the opposite side of the road and the breakfast was about 300m away only. The parking under the building was also great as the car did not heat up.
