Pet-friendly hotels and homes in Monterosso al Mare

The staff was very kind and even greeted us around town, the room was very well kept and clean and most importantly very homey. We felt right at home! The breakfast was also excellent, with a small buffet of cakes and desserts and a menu of various dishes, both savory and sweet, all very well-made and in generous amounts. Breakfast was also served in a truly wonderful terrace full of lemon trees which made the experience even more beautiful. The free beach was also a 5-minute walk away and we could always find a space for two towels in the afternoon, which meant that when coming back from exploring the other places we could always put on our swimming suits and go snorkeling (very recommended since the water is crystal clear and full of small fish). We could also borrow their beach towels which was very useful. The way from the train station was a bit uphill (although the whole town is full of ups and downs) but overall pretty quick and full of restaurants and souvenir shops which can come in very handy. We definitely recommend the affiliated restaurant "Da Eraldo" for some good quality fish and seafood and "L'Osteria" for some good local food; the staff of both of these was also very friendly and very willing to make some small talk. We also recommend the trekking trail "Sentiero Azzurro" but be aware that there are some pretty long uphill stairways so start early in the morning if you're planning to go there in summer. Overall our stay was wonderful and there were no complications, truly a wonderful place to spend a couple of days!

Buffet breakfast was excellent. Location provided a breathtaking view of MONTEROSSO and the sea. Tranquil setting and relaxing atmosphere. Shuttle service was provided free of charge mornings and evenings if booked in advance at reception.

Very friendly and welcoming. The room was nice (sadly we did not have the one with a view). Had a great coffee machine! Near perfect experience!

Perfect location, great hospitality, very clean, best value based on the price, if you have a car, their parking area is very convenient. They are very easy going because we parked our car before check in hour and also they let us to keep our car after check out.

Location, balcony, kind hostess who provided light coffee amenities, refrigerator in room, hooks for our coats etc were very appreciated (we had to pack for all types of weather), hot shower, and comfy bed (softer than a typical EU mattress). Parking lot on the beach is in view, in case you want to have access to your vehicle.

Location. Quiet side street. Plenty of room. Has a washer. Great water pressure so family finally had decent showers.

The property is very beautiful, well localized (walking distance from train station with large luggages was easy). Odelys received us with a very warm welcome. Many restaurants nearby. Both rooms were equiped with everything needed for a great stay and beach experience. I only wish we could have stayed longer.

Our stay at 11 Portico was absolutely perfect for our family. The apartment is beautiful, clean, and very comfortable—everything we needed for a relaxing stay. One of the things we loved most was the location. There are plenty of restaurant options just outside the apartment, and a grocery store conveniently nearby, which made everything so easy for us. A special thank you to the owner, who was incredibly helpful and kind, even assisting us in calling a taxi to the train station. It made our departure smooth and stress-free. We truly enjoyed our stay and would love to come back again. Highly recommended!

A unique property overlooking the sea. Bianca met us near the train station and showed us around the home. She was friendly and efficient. They also provided a few kitchen essentials (coffee, milk, butter and eggs) and some local specialties. This was super unexpected and very kind. The kitchen was well appointed.

I liked that it was pet friendly, the location, and all the help provided prior to arrival and at the arrival. Overall, I will stay again. Thank you so much 💓

Host and location were absolutely wonderful. The host went above and beyond in making sure that my family and I had a wonderful time and everything that we needed. If anything was of an issue, the response was immediate. A highly recommended place to stay for you and your family.

The location was perfect! Walk to beach, restaurants, shopping. Caterina and her dad went above and beyond to make our stay comfortable. The villa was very clean and the breakfast for 10 Euro was a good value! Would love to return.

The view was magnificent! Every day waking up to the view of the mountains and the sea, surrounded by virgin nature. It didn’t feel real! The stuff was friendly and helpful!
