Villa Tanca is a prestigious private villa located in the heart of Monterosso al Mare, ideal for an exclusive stay combining modern comfort, history and authentic local character. Considered one of the most valuable properties in the village, it features spacious panoramic sea-view terraces, air-conditioned interiors and the option of covered private parking. The villa is set a short distance from the beach and the main square, in a privileged and peaceful location. Access is pedestrian only, via a short uphill walk from the tunnel near the railway station or from the Cappuccini Stairway opposite Hotel Pasquale, making the property unsuitable for guests with mobility difficulties. Arranged over two levels, Villa Tanca offers generous spaces designed for relaxation, privacy and shared moments. The ground floor includes a large living room with comfortable sofas and a 55” Smart TV, a fully equipped kitchen with modern appliances and an indoor dining area with a large wooden table. Outdoor spaces feature a panoramic breakfast table, an outdoor dining area with a traditional masonry oven and barbecue.
