It’s very accessible. Train station is in front of the hotel. Town is very close too.

The staff were amazing right from the moment we walked in the door! Rooms were nice and clean and parking was available. Food was fantastic at breakfast and dinner!

Check-in was really fast and easy. Location was perfect. The hotel is located a little bit above the city center I believe, so the reception is in the 5th floor but then you take the elevator to the ground floor where you can exit to go to the walkable area. In the ground floor is also the breakfast room, which had plenty of food, coffee, all kind of breads, sweets, cold meat, cheese, yogurt, fruit, juice, etc. Parking was right outside the hotel, which was great. The hotel was very clean, spacious, comfortable and the staff were very nice.

Breakfast was EXCELENT and exceeded our expectations. From well made scrambled eggs, ham, cheese, yogurt, pastries to unlimited espresso, capuchino and fresh juices and fruit. Modern amenities. Rooms very clean and beautiful panoramic ocean views. Especially from roof top.

they sell shacchetra at a reasonable price! just one selection but if u forgot to purchase in cinque terre, a good place to still try!

Our host, Anna, was very helpful and friendly. She was willing to explain us the main attractions in/ near the city. She even made it possible to check in earlier. The room was nice and clean. The staff was very friendly. The breakfast was complementary. The location was great. It is 10 min away from central station and very close to Cinque Terre.

A beautiful, quiet and intimate place facing a breathtaking view of the Gulf of Poets, and on clear days even the snow-capped Alps. Perfect for relaxing or for day trips in the area. If you wish to visit the villages of the Cinque Terre, you can drive 10 minutes and park near the La Spezia train station, from where trains depart every few minutes — just 7 minutes to the first village. The location is also ideal for exploring the villages and towns around the Gulf of Poets.

Where do I start?! This place was amazing from the wonderful staff who were so receptive, kind and helpful to the great rooms with a great price tag. There was even breakfast provided for a great price. I was traveling for two weeks through Italy and stayed in a different place every day except when we came upon Hotel Gratzie. It was such an amazing place located in a quiet, non-touristy, beautiful part of town. The experience was so good and the location was so good that my girlfriend and I decided to stay another day. Upon arriving at the hotel, the manager already knew my name and immediately told us about some of the best dinner places around, sights to see, and places to visit during our stay. We were checked in within a few minutes, and we had an early check-in which they graciously allowed us. This is the only hotel in Italy that I specifically marked on google maps so that I could return on my next trip. It was one of those places where you somehow know deep down inside that you will be back in the (hopefully near) future. Thank you Hotel Gratzie for your kindness and helpfulness during our stay. You truly run a fantastic business and I hope to see you again soon!

A Hidden Gem Near Cinque Terre – Highly Recommend! My sister and I stayed here for two nights during our trip to Cinque Terre, and we couldn’t have been happier. The place is beautiful, with just a few rooms, which gives it a cozy and peaceful vibe. The lady who manages it is incredibly kind, helpful, and welcoming — she truly made our stay special. Our room had everything we needed and more. I don’t know how many stars this hotel officially has, but it felt like a five-star experience — even better than some luxury hotels I’ve stayed at in Las Vegas! Everything was spotlessly clean, stylish, and thoughtfully arranged. Breakfast was included, and the host sent us to a nearby café where we were served a lovely, café-style breakfast that we absolutely loved. It was such a nice local touch and added to the charm of the stay. The location is absolutely perfect — just a two-minute walk to the ferries going to Cinque Terre, and surrounded by charming coffee shops and restaurants. On the night we arrived, there was a local wine event happening right on the street — it was magical to stroll around and sample wine in such a lovely setting. Truly a fantastic stay. I highly recommend this place to anyone visiting the area!

The hotel is super well located, very close to the train station and to many stores and restaurants. It's a great place to use as a base if you want to visit the other towns in Cinque Terre. The design in the hotel is quite cool, and the room was very spacious, bigger than expected! The room was also very clean. All the interactions we had with the staff were very positive, and they helped us out with questions and some requests.

It was centrally located. We had plenty of space., it was clean and they provided a very nice breakfast in the morning with good cappuccino. Also, it’s right next-door or across the street from a Catholic Church so we attended mass on Sunday, which was nice although we did not understand Italian .

Superb hotel, interior modern and new, excellent location and easy walking distance to the town and harbour. Excellent value.

Super close to train station, clean & modern room, very quiet at night. Simple but tasty breakfast. No problem storing luggage for a few hours after checkout.
