This is truly a little gem. It is an honor being able to come across this place, the palace and the family history. To see all the personal belongings and to hear about the place from the owner. The lemon garden is beautiful too. Would recommend 100%!

The terrace was like a little piece of paradise with beautiful views across Noto. Also one of the best breakfasts we had during three weeks in Italy. We were also lucky in securing free parking outside the hotel.

We had a perfect holiday in Noto in every way. We arrived with a rental car for one night. The town is enchanting and beautiful, very clean, with wonderful architecture and excellent restaurants. Our room was amazing — elegant, spacious, very clean, with a large, lovely shower, great towels, and a big, very comfortable bed. Breakfast was served on the roof and the service was outstanding. The location of the room was excellent — a 2 minute walk to the old town. Parking was very convenient, on the street opposite the hotel. One more great thing — the wonderful owner Teresa: elegant, gentle, helpful, and professional. The recommendations she gave us were spot on. Teresa was available for every question and request, always kindly, with a smile, and in a delightful, gracious manner.

We had a wondeful stay thanks to Ambra. The room was very nice with a view of Noto. The breakfast was amazing with fresh vegetables and fruits from her own garden, and she informed in detail on what to see and donin Noto. Highly recommend this place when visiting Noto.

Perfect for getaway from crowds, at night vibrant and relaxing. Our host that we called 'Grandpa' was always there if we need him, he also prepared nice breakfast and coffee. Overall great place for family and friends and definitely would come back.

The location was peaceful with an amazing view of Noto. The city of Noto was easy to access, 15 minutes away. The pool was fabulous. There was a coffee machine and fridge. The terrace was great to have our breakfast upstairs or there was a larger table on the main floor near the pool. The perfect start to our trip.

We loved the rural location and space around the cabin. It was relaxed and very quiet. The owner couldn't have been more helpful. We stayed an extra night it was so pleasant.

This was a 15 min walk to Centro Storico - hotel was very clean. Staff was great at this hotel. They offered recommendations and were very friendly. Parking was easy and it was a short drive to Marzamemi (must see) and Ortigia.

Beautiful hotel just outside of Noto. The pool area is a dream. The rooms have great beds and a cool design. And the team was excellent. Thank u
