Friendly host who showed us his record collection on vinyl. And his valve amplifier. He played a few songs too. Helpful with information on buses to the airport and taxis.

One of the standout features of this hotel apartment was the fantastic array of facilities provided. Having an automatic washing machine, refrigerator and cooking facilities were a huge convenience. The spaciousness of the apartment was also a fantastic bonus too. And the staff at the hotel apartment were incredibly friendly and attentive.

Fantastic apartment with two very comfortable beds, lots of storage, full dining and living areas, and kitchen that are all tastefully and comfortably furnished. Great water pressure and hot water for the shower. On-site family in a separate apartment was so kind and welcoming. Gave great info on the area and SL in general. Owner was very quick to respond to all inquiries and helped arrange really great help for cooking and cleaning. Loved that the apartment was away from the tourist areas so we could really experience a local neighborhood but still were only a short ride from the city's sites.

Nice location, many eating joints nearby. comfortable rooms, we took the master bedroom with attached bathroom, the other two rooms have a shared bathroom. the Hosts do not live at premises and also they do not give any other rooms to any other guests as policy so we had the whole place to ourselves, which was surprising. Owner is a doctor and he just wanted us to have a relaxing time, i think it is great value for this price.

The two bedrooms appartment is on the top of the house and with the patio and the mezzanine, it is like a tiny house! So beautiful and cozy! We felt like at home. A lot of wardrobe if you stay several nights. The owner is very kind and friendly. He helped us a lot! It is very quiet and you can walk easier around for all amenities. The breakfast was georgous and so tasty!

This is a bright house with a garden surrounding it, full of fruit trees, birds, and squirrels running around naturally. My room was beautiful, bright, clean, with high ceilings, air conditioning, hot water, and sturdy wooden furniture. Mr. Marvin and Mrs. Indus were hospitable and helpful, and Mrs. Indus was a gentle woman and a great cook. I enjoyed a delicious Sri Lankan breakfast she prepared and coffee she made.
