Our recent stay at **Le Palais Riad Berbere** in Marrakech was truly exceptional, and we couldn’t have asked for a better experience. Marrakech can get quite hot, especially during the day, but this Riad offers the perfect escape. With its beautiful **big swimming pool**, we spent our mornings and afternoons relaxing and swimming, soaking in the serene atmosphere. The Riad’s ambiance truly captures the essence of Marrakech, making it a delightful place to unwind before heading out for evening explorations. What made our stay even more special was the warm hospitality of the owners. Being a family-run establishment, we felt like a part of their family from the moment we arrived. **Patric, Oumayma, Khaled, and Fatima** were always there with genuine smiles and were incredibly attentive to our needs. Their kindness and willingness to help made us feel right at home. Traveling with kids can sometimes be challenging, but Le Palais Riad Berbere was perfect for our family. The welcoming environment and the spacious pool provided endless fun for the children, allowing us to relax while they enjoyed themselves. Overall, our stay at Le Palais Riad Berbere was a fantastic experience that we will cherish. We left with wonderful memories and a desire to return. If you're looking for a place that combines comfort, warmth, and a true taste of Marrakech, this Riad is the perfect choice. We highly recommend it and can’t wait to visit again!

Our stay at this riad in Marrakesh was nothing short of exceptional. From the moment we arrived, the atmosphere was incredibly peaceful, a true oasis away from the bustle of the city. What really made the experience unforgettable, however, was the staff. They were genuinely warm, attentive, and went above and beyond at every opportunity. Their hospitality felt personal and sincere, which made all the difference. The breakfast each morning was delicious, with fresh, high-quality ingredients. We especially loved being able to order extra eggs for a small additional cost, they were perfectly cooked and a great addition to start the day. On our final day, the team once again exceeded expectations. The guy kindly helped us organise our taxi, assisted with exchanging euros into Moroccan dirham, and even carried our luggage and located our taxi. It was such a thoughtful and seamless end to a wonderful stay. We truly couldn’t have asked for more. We would absolutely love to return and wouldn’t hesitate to recommend this riad to anyone visiting Marrakesh.

Our host, Ali, was exceptionally gracious. Ali greeted us at the door, offered us tea and cake, gave us a tour of the Riad and sat with us to go over a map of the City. Ali spent special time to answer our questions which was very helpful as first time visitors to the Country. During our stay, Ali offered us a complete breakfast each morning and welcomed us back in the afternoons/evenings to ensure we were enjoying our holiday; that we had the information we needed; and that the accommodation was suitable. Ali walked us to meet a transfer car to an excursion when we weren't sure where the meeting point was - the support we received made it feel like we were staying with family. The room was clean and tidy and the Riad itself is beautiful. We were a couple celebrating our 25th anniversary and shared the Riad with young families that seemed to be also enjoying their stay. The proximity to Bab Aganou was handy for tour pick up points - less than 10 minutes walk. Likewise, approx. 15 minutes walk to Jemaa el-Fnaa and souks. I would recommend Riad Sarasvati to any traveler.
