Our stay was nothing short of magical. It delivers on every level: serene setting, calm and clean beach, exceptional design (every detail is so thoughtfully curated!) and great food. But the true gem of the place are its hosts: amazing Marylin and her son Sam -so warm and hospitable! This place alone was visiting Nosy Be, unforgettable experience!

Wonderful small hotel/guesthouse on a remote beach in Nosy Be. Transport from the airport involved both car and boat. We were a group of three, with my spouse, myself, and my 20 year old daughter. Our room and the grounds were absolutely beautiful, with traditional thatch roofs on many of the structures, and both covered and uncovered outdoor common spaces to have meals and relax by the ocean. There was a local band of lemurs. There was a beautiful stretch of pebbly beach with the huge tide shifts common in the area and amazing sunrise views. We ate all meals at the hotel, which featured local ingredients and seafood. The young chef checked in on diet preferences. We arranged all activities directly with Jean Michel, including a boat transport and guided walk in the Lokobe Nature Reserve (where we saw several different types of lemurs, chameleons and frogs, and a boa!), and a boat trip to Nosy Tanikely to snorkel a beautiful, living reef and walk up to the lighthouse on the top of the island.

A great great great thank you to Jolie, Gerard, Pierrot, Helen, Chris, Frédéric and all the staff for the amazing family like time I spent there. They treated me like family and I really enjoyed it. They provide a boat and car ride for you for transfers to and from Hell-ville. I really liked the Lokobe Reserve. The rooms are great and spacious, lemurs come up to your bedroom door. Great mini hike to a tide beach, that appears or is submerged depending on sea level. Very very good for families and very safe for solo female Travellers.

Teresa and her husband are the most incredible hosts, very friendly and deeply care about their guests. The location is beautiful and quiet, the food is amazing and the boat ride to the resort is such a nice addition :) I moved around Nosy Be a lot to explore the island during my trip and out of the 4 accommodations I stayed in over my week on Nosy Be, Coin Savage was by far my favourite. Would highly highly recommend!

Each morning I would slowly open the wooden doors of my cabin to the sun reaching out across the ocean toward me. It is paradise. At all times you feel connected to your environment, the structure of the properties brings the outside in in such an elegant way. The massage above the rocky shore was blissful, the staff were delightful.

Wings hotel is in a pretty location, on the top of a forested hill overlooking the ocean. While the staff were very pleasant, they were a little overbearing as there were 30 of them and just me as the sole guest. As Booking.com only show the positive comments by default, please read my full review for a properly balanced view.
