Good location , very kind owner to support prompt. Smooth check in smooth check out .. the property policy is to pay rm 300 as security before checking through bank transfer but here we are from outside Malaysia and Singapore and we have cash and card . But the owner accept us without any deposit to check in.. very well maintained apartment at center of jb like own home.. highly recommended

The unit is spacious, clean, luxury, provided washing machine, high-end condominium, great security system, wide parking lot and etc.

The apartment is on a high floor, and I enjoyed the view of Singapore and the straits from the balcony and the bedroom window. The bed is comfortable, the apartment is quiet (can hear some construction and traffic sounds but they are not distracting), and it's the perfect place to go to when you want some quiet time. It's also relatively easy to walk to JB City Square and JBCC malls for food and other necessities (just have to be okay with jaywalking and no pavement at times). I came here to do some focused work for a few days, so overall it was a good place for me to do that.

Everything were good. Place is perfect. Carpark lot for my unit is good(single lot) Facilities is wonderful for family. Access to building all secured. Collection is smooth. Grab food friendly. Room is cold to my perfection. Best Aircon for the hot weather. Room size is spacious even with all furniture. Balcony view is good. Utensils and equipment for small cooking available. Towel, toilet paper and rubbish bag given. Bed and pillow all is acceptable.

It’s a really nice apartment. Have a nice view, cleanliness on top, comfortable for a long stay. Wifi is provided with netflix. Worth the price with all the facilities. Near mid valley southkey. The mattress and pillows are very comfortable. Well equipped kitchen. The hosts are super kind and really help a lot. We really enjoyed our stay and sure will come again. 5⭐

No water dispenser or mineral water provided. Need to buy. Hotel do provide mineral water, water boiler and 2 in 1 tea or coffee and pack sugar. Everything have to buy. Even the pillows provided was like second hand or used pillows.

I really enjoyed my stay at Austin Regency by JC Home Experience. The place was clean, cozy, and equipped with everything needed for a comfortable stay. The environment was pleasant and the process from check-in to check-out was smooth

The place is nearby with Aeon, Toppen and Ikea. Easy to access. The security also very good. The swimming pool also very clean. The toilet/shower room is big and clean.

I love how simple and comfy this place is and the host is super friendly and helpful. This is my 2nd time staying here..
