The property is an old style gated community and mostly long term residents/owners with families who do not seem happy at short term renters, especially foreigners, being there. It was peasant enough and the furniture although a little crowded was comfortable and all that was needed for a short term stay. The owner was approachable, however the constant signage and messages about following house rules, one of which was only Halal food to be consumed in the property was totally unacceptable as the property was not listed with these terms.

The room was very spacious. I had kitchen, a refrigeraor, a big bed, two wardrobes, a sofa and a big desk in my room. There were big windows and I saw outside comfortably. There was a drinking water supply machine on the corridor. This apart hotel is in a shopping mall, so I could buy anything I want and have a variety of food. There is also a movie theater.
