Pet-friendly hotels and homes in Skudai

The owner is very well prepared, all instructions for self check in is clear and the amenities provided is very helpful. The house is sufficient for 7-8 pax family. The distance to UTM gate is less than 3mins. They even provided arah kiblat + sejadah which is very rare for a non-muslim homestay. Overall, I will repeat to stay here whenever we visit our son at UTM.

The owner consider almost everything essentials. Communication with owner is clear and polite. As Muslim, we are highly appreciate the kiblat signage and prayer mat availability as well as the cleanliness of the place. And hopefully all visitor will keep it that way too. One of the best homestay I've been. Thank you!

The Villa is just like a club house where you can do lots of activities with friends or family. The pool table although is a smaller version but it works well. The swimming pool was nice to have some dips. The KTV was very entertaining and the well equipped kitchen with lots of plates and bowls and cutlery seems to be able to served for 30 and more. Some past visitors are so nice to leave salt and pepper behind and I left sugar for the next visitor. :) There are 4 rooms and extra mattress. This is Definity a nice villa which creates a fun and fond memories for my friends and I .

Everything was okay. Host was nice. House was nice and comfortable. But there were something that need to keep in mind 1. TV got a lot of channel like disney and netflix but need to log in with your own account 2. Steam iron was provided instead of normal iron. So if u not used to it like me, better bring your own iron 3. Access card was used only for lifts and doors and not for going in and out at the guard house. Need to inform the guard everytime u going in and out. I undrstand it's for safety but i found it a little inconvinence 4. The bathroom for the small room was connected with the kitchen and the door in the kitchen was a bit translucent. Be careful while doing your bussiness🤭🤭 We stay for 4days and host provide us with a lot of shower gel and shampoo. It's not of the well known brand but it was a thoughtful thing done by the host😊😊😊 overall we enjoyed the stay

The property is nearby the Highway, it was noisy at night due to the motobike noise!! althought we turn on the A/C, but as the same noisy. And there are some new building construction outside and noisy.

It's was wonderful stay.Actually I request for early checked in but there have some misunderstanding. But I really thankful for your fast act for some other arrangement for early checked in👍 Furthermore while we checked out on rushing, my husband missed out his watch at homestay. When I informed the incident to host Allan, he really did a great job.. On the spot communicate with his cleaner and do super fast act and found it. Heartfelt thank you for your great job👍💐👍💐 Feel very comfy and warm stayed 👍
