The entire manaaki of this place was outstanding. Thank you very much for hosting a short notice space for our Hapū lunch, when our marae became unavailable due to a tangihanga. Your support in this matter was amazing. The cleanliness of the self contained units, cabins, communal kitchen, ablution blocks and house, the property and facilities, volley ball space, carpark area, playground area, space for sporting activites, pool and riverside for swimming were definitely highlights for family highlights. A fantastic place for families - absolutely highly recommended.

The motel is clean, rooms are clean, comfortable. Our car broke down on the gorge 100km up north from Paihia, Pete (Motel owner) helped us a lot to arrange transportation to get back to Auckland, connected to local road assist to tow our van. I highly recommend this place when you guys visit Paihia.

Yes sure, I would highly recommend this motel to all my whanau and friends. This view and these sunrises brought me such uplifting happiness and the reset that I absolutely needed. Sheila the owner is incredibly stunning in hospitality, comfort and privacy. A lot of respect for the place. I am not really an early morning person and while staying here. I was up before the sun on both days I stayed. Appreciate the nature. Had native birds come so close to the room, eating from trees right outside the room. Was absolutely beautiful

This place was just MAGIC! Can't say enough about this place. We are a group of 5 who routinely rent out homes for our occasional gatherings around the world and Tree Tops Oasis ranks the highest for us. There was plenty of space in the kitchen for many of us to move around at the same time, which is important since we like to cook. No shortage of appliances and kitchenware. This house is well-designed to accomodate groups with plenty of lounging options both inside and outside. The beds were comfortable, all 3 bathrooms were spacious and again, well designed. There was clearly a great deal of thought that went into the build and layout of this house, as well as to the furniture and decor. I can't recommend it highly enough!

Lovely big home which suited our needs, hosts were also very nice and welcoming. The upstairs area is great for entertaining with open living spaces and a large outdoor deck. It was lovely to walk straight out the door and cross the road for a swim. There are plenty of places to eat and drink, and it's only a short walk to the main town's strip We very muched enjoyed our stay

Property was great, clean and spacious with an amazing view from the deck over the estuary and being able to listen and see all of the bird life was a highlight

The accommodation exceeded expectations, big comfy rooms and kitchen, a bath, beautiful outdoor area for kids to play. Toys, It had everything and lots of little thoughtful details which made it feel so cosy! Hosts were great to communicate with. The value for the price is impressive. We would love to return.

Our host was friendly and welcoming with helpful suggestions for dinner. We loved the peace and tranquility and the pleasant surroundings. The accommodation is very private even though it is on the same property as the host.
