I had an excellent stay at the villa! It is simply stunning! The person welcoming us was very friendly, welcoming, and helpful throughout my visit. The location is great, it's a perfect desert disconnect while having the comfort of a luxurious villa. We did the sunset tour of the desert and camel ride. The host offered us dates from his garden, tea and coffee. It was an unforgettable experience. Highly recommended!

Our stay at Royal Desert Camp was fantastic! The host and staff were wonderful, taking excellent care of all our needs. We thoroughly enjoyed the sunset trip and the campfire under the starry night, as well as the delicious Omani Quroos for breakfast. I would love to visit again someday, inshallah!

Amazing Desert Experience – Peaceful, Clean, and Unforgettable! I stayed at the desert camp for one night on my own, and it was truly one of the best travel experiences I’ve had. The camp itself was beautifully set up – very clean, peaceful, and with a truly magical atmosphere under the stars. What made the experience even more special was the amazing driver and guide, Ali. He was incredibly welcoming, knowledgeable, and made me feel safe and comfortable throughout the entire stay. His passion for the desert and local culture really came through, and he made sure everything was perfect. Even though I was traveling alone, I never felt lonely – just completely relaxed and in awe of the stunning surroundings. Highly recommended to anyone looking for an authentic and memorable desert experience! And the food was really nice too.

This was an exceptional experience! Although it was my third visit to Wahiba Sands, staying at Desert Escape made it truly unforgettable. What I loved most was the superb location and the magical sunset that I could enjoy right from my bed in the beautiful, majestic tent. The food was delicious, offering a wonderful mix of Omani and international dishes. There were also plenty of activities to choose from — camel or horse riding, sand sliding, and unique 4x4 dune bashing adventures. I would highly recommend this place to anyone visiting Wahiba Sands, and don’t miss their afternoon tea at the Horizon Café spot — it’s the perfect way to end the day.

A DREAM.Everything, this was absolutely perfect! I’ve never been so quick to leave a review! I literally came back today and it’s been a dream! Everything is clean, this one is private so you’re away from the other tents , the spot is perfect! It was just perfect I wouldn’t think twice just book! Dawood drove me to the desert and explained a lot about Oman in general. This was so perfect!
