Clean and modern room. They added a little touch (auto-lighting by the corridor) in the bedroom. Location is about 10 mins from the city center.

Everything. Price, cleanliness, friendly staff, free parking, comfort of bed, HUGE TV! Also, the location was great for accessing Nizwa and all the great stuff to see in the area. Staff was super nice and responsive. And it was very quiet. Free water, dates and coffee are also a nice touch.

The hotel has a nice garden and our room was direct im front of the garden. The room had also a separate livimg room. The bost cared very much about us and even booked our bus ticket to Muscat

The staff are extremely friendly and helpful. The location is fantastic. Right in the heart of the old city. Less than a five minute walk to Nizwa Fort and souq. The rooms were quaint. Lots of old world charm. Wi-Fi worked well as did the air conditioning. Beds were comfortable. A good night sleep. Lots of hot water for the shower. What more can you ask for?

It’s very clean, comfortable and calm. The owner is friendly and helpful. The location is right in the center of Nizwa. The room is spacious and equipped with all the necessary facilities! And the yard is amazing!

Location and the manager are really perfect. We arrived there from our few days trip via desert in tents…so for me was like in the haven but honestly the cleanless should be better and they should also put away some construction things around the property ( wheelbarrow,….) …some guest will give you lower scores because of this things for sure….and so easy to fix it?? Thank you very much for nice stay!

The best location all fascilites neer you

A very beautiful, modern chalet in a good location, outside the city but easy to reach. Well equipped for both short and long stays. The bed is comfortable, everything was clean and it's nice to sit outside in the small garden in the evening. We didn't use the pool as we spent more time exploring the surrounding area. A perfect home base for discovering the sights in the area.

This is fantastic escape to traditional Oman household with warm welcome. Like you have private villa only for yourself. There animals to be seen in the yard, fruit trees, pool area and still so close to historical fortress of Nizwa.
