Staff were very accommodating for the day we had our visit to Machu Picchu. They explained where the bus stop was, breakfast time began at 5 a.m. and was very good, and also allowed us to use showers after we had checked out when returning from our tour. The location was central as well.

The staff are amazing and so helpful, kind, and accommodating. This was exactly what we needed arriving late after days of hiking. Good breakfast that caters to your preferences, welcome drink, washing service, knowledge about the area and Machu Picchu processes. Nice roof top and good view from our room.
