Excellent service. Courteous staff. Our complements to the Chef of the restaurant. The talent exceeded our expectations. The fish; Sandacz , and classic Kotlet dish, the cauliflower soup, bulion z perliczki, were tantalizingly and left us yearning for more. The freshly baked chocolate soufflé with ice cream and raspberry sauce were eaten in under a minute. Buffet breakfast and coffee were superb. The hotel location was great for us.

Location is perfect, cleanliness is very good, breakfast is exceptional. Food overall is really great over there. However, for place to get a perfect score you need people, and all personnel we have met "U Jana" did deliver. They are very nice, polite and professional. We felt really welcomed and very comfortable " U Jana", and therefore, we sincerely recommend this facility. Maximum score from us. Cheers!!

Lovely, spacious apartment with shower, kitchen and parking right in front of the cobblestone streets of old town with a wonderful view of the cathedral. Easy check in instructions and no keys needed. Was able to walk around town for 3 hours and return at 11am to grab my vehicle and leave for my next destination in Poland. Highly recommended. Best full apartment price in town too.

Apartament is spacious and charming with all the accommodations you may possibly need. Location is amazing - walking distance to all main attractions and transportation. Host is so pleasant, always available and willing to help- real pleasure to stay at this property.

We had a wonderful stay at Petite Charlotte. The apartment was beautiful, comfortable, and in a perfect location in the center of Tarnów. It felt very cozy and welcoming, and we especially appreciated all the thoughtful details throughout the apartment. What truly made this stay special, however, were the hosts. They were incredibly warm, kind, and welcoming. We even had the pleasure of hearing their talented children perform music for us, which became one of the most memorable parts of our trip. It felt much more personal than a typical stay and we left with very warm memories.

Comfort, spacious, clean and well equipped room, good breakfast, green neighborhood, unique nicely decorated hotel.

The property owners were amazing and the apartment was cute, clean well stocked and wonderful

Location was bang on. walking distance from town center and a free parking outside was a cherry on the cake. Owners are very welcoming and communication via Whatsapp was top notch
