The place is calm, no noise and has a beatiful view. The room is exactly as the description with all facilities. And the staff is always prepared to answer any question. I´d recommend for those want a peaceful place to stay

The place was incredibly clean, pleasant and well taken care of! The host, Cristina, combines the tradition of her family house with a professional touch of modern hospitality which she has knowledge of. Super thoughtful in little details and flexible in accommodating requests and timings of check out and breakfast! She was also super friendly, together with her beautiful doggies. There's plenty of parking spaces around and the house.

Beside the location that is fantastic with an exit to a river , nothing else can be mentioned as a good.

The house is really comfortable for a large group. The outdoor part wasn't used much because of the cold, but it is very promising with such view and barbecue for the summer. Everything was provided to light the fireplace, which made it even more comfortable! The host welcoming us was one of the highlights, always available to help with a smile!

Spotless sheets & towels with embroidered logo on comfortable beds fit for royals. House is huge complete with quality vintage furnishings topped with awesome view of the estate vineyard & Lamego region. Kitchen is big with full range of good equipment and ample wares enough to hold a gathering. None of the furnishing feels staged for tourists. The breakfast was prepared, laid & timed meticulously for the best freshness. 16 hectares of vineyard are neatly trimmed like a Royal French garden. Icing on the cake were the friendly owners and Beatriz who made our stay memorable. Beatriz has in-depth knowledge and insights about the estate history, wine making and was very approachable. All requests are attended swiftly even during her off-days. Thank you Beatriz, Cristina & his hubby for making our Lamego the highlight of our Portugal tour.

Fantastic house, location, hosts and overall experience.

Very friendly husband and wife team. The breakfast was amazing. The views from the balcony were fabulous. It was a great starting point for exploring the Duoro Valley.

The hosts showed us around the village and helped us with everything we needed.
