From the first moment we arrived, staff greeted us with a smile. They were very friendly throughout our stay. Room was very clean and taken care off. Breakfast was very, very good value with a good choice of foods.

Good basic price for this location. Clean room and bathroom. No problem with temperature inside. Free private parking.

Very nice & friendly stuff - receptionist Bashka (Barbora) who was very nice & flexible about our arrival bit different from the time I originally mentioned online and she was extremely nice today when she offered to give us a lift to the train stop for free! I always appreciate people who are kind, willing to help and friendly, simply great professionals! I highly recommend this place for staying!

The apartment is spacious and clean. The kitchen is well equipped (microwave, stovetop, etc.). The host sent us detailed instructions for parking and check-in.

Apartment is very spacious and clean. Looks like very new. It was equipped with everything you might need. Beautiful and clean. It has terrace with nice view into the mountains. There are playground for kids outside and inside. It has exceeded our expectations.

Spacious chalet with gigantic yard and facilities for kids - zip line, ping pong, table football, fotball, workout area, swings. Perfect area for families with kids. For adults there is nice bqb area with jacuzzy and big sauna. Location is also great, with good restaurants nearby and hotels with big pools (Hotel Hills and Horizont). Parking for 4 cars indoor and more can park outside.

Self check-in – we had no problems at all. The only thing was that at first we had to leave the car outside the barrier to get the keys. The apartment is spacious, with a wonderful terrace overlooking the mountains. A big plus for cozy evenings – a fireplace with firewood! (It wasn’t very easy to light, but still, a great bonus.). The apartment had all the necessary items. The hosts replied quickly and were very kind and helpful – always ready to sort things out and offer help if needed They accepted our dog for a small additional fee. There’s a kitchenette with all the necessary dishes. Nearby (about a 5-minute walk) there’s a campsite with a snack bar and an outdoor terrace where you can have a proper meal. The location is very convenient if you’re traveling by car.

Great location. I loved the winter garden attached to my apartment- very lovely addition.

New villa, everything is new and work as expected. The host was lovely and let us check in earlier and even left us some presents. We really loved the sauna and jacuzzi. Would definitely recommend!!
