The room was very comfortable, clean and the location is perfect. The shuttle is an excellent service, very accurate

The staff at the desk were very accommodating and helpful. Very polite and would recommend this hotel. I stayed for 28 days and had to leave for 24 hours that was frustrating cause am coming back the next day lost our home on fire and literally was hard to pack and find a hotel that was close to the Red roof inn on elkridge landing rd. That's all I would say was hard

Clean, nice staff, rooms were decent small but decent and clean which is all that matters, and just overall nice hotel.

Although the places is under renovation everywhere else was clean and the staff was great. It is only 10 minutes from the university.

Cleanliness and staff being attentive

The customer service was top notch! Kanesha at the front desk was so kind and helpful. I was staying because of a cancelled flight due to a snowstorm. The situation was not ideal, but this hotel was a wonderful place to rest and relax while waiting out the storm. The gym was well equipped, the breakfast was really high quality, including cage free eggs and organic options. I would recommend this place for sure. 10/10!

Close to home but far enough for a quick weekend getaway

The service was outstanding. I also liked the location and the price point.

We loved everything about the property. From the perfect location between all our favorite clothing stores like Ross, Burlington, Target. Walmart, Best Buy, Dollar Tree, Petco, Panda Express, and the list goes on, to the comfortable soft bed linen, pillows and mattresses. Our view out the window of all the shops and restaurants just a few steps away from our hotel room topped it all off.

Very clean, friendly staff, you have a little kitchen in your room with a big refrigerator and they offer you dishes and such to use.

Very clean room, very comfortable bed, perfect kitchenette, roomy suite and work space, very good lighting throughout, too.
