Location is good, near the Registan Square. The breakfast is nice and you can see the mosque view from the rooftop. The host is kind and helpful. Water pressure for shower is super nice!!

The location is nice, which is walkable to the Registan square. Breakfast was good and plentiful. It is run by a family, and they were all nice people. I asked for a laundry, and they only changed me 2 USD, which I think was a very generous price. Thank you

We had a fantastic stay at this centrally located apartment in Samarkand! The location couldn’t be better – just a short walk to all the main attractions, cafes, and shops, making it perfect for exploring the beautiful city. The apartment itself is modern, spotless, and very comfortable, ideal for a family stay. It had everything we needed, even for our toddler, which made our visit so much easier and more enjoyable. What truly made the experience exceptional was the amazing and welcoming owner, Svetlana. From the moment we arrived, Svetlana and Larisa went out of their way to ensure we felt at home, offering great local tips and being incredibly kind and responsive throughout our stay. Samarkand is a stunning city full of history and charm, and having such a great place to stay made it even more special. Highly recommended for families or anyone wanting a perfect base in this unforgettable city!

The cozy, home-like atmosphere created by the host—who is also the owner—made our visit feel very special. He’s incredibly attentive and treats his guests with genuine warmth, which really stands out. The rooms are spacious and full of character, with vintage furniture that seems to have its own story. Towels are changed every two days, which we appreciated. While the bathroom amenities are minimal (not a lot of shampoo), it wasn’t an issue for us since we always travel with our own. Breakfast was a highlight—delicious and homemade, adding even more to the feeling of being welcomed into someone’s home. The common areas are decorated with many historical items and photographs, which gives the place a unique charm and sense of history. The location is also excellent—it’s a lovely area with plenty of restaurants and cafés within walking distance.

Reception staffs are very flexible and pickup at airport and drop off to railway station very well coordinated. And arranged great food pack morning 5am.
