Affordability, location, space for four

Clean and comfy budget hotel in 10 minutes walk from the beach managing by a very friendly and hardworking local family. Although it is located a bit far from the main touristy areas, nearby you can find lots of local restaurants, coffee shops and laundry. Also there is a big supermarket called Coopmart in 15 minutes walk.

We stayed here for four nights as a family and had a wonderful experience. The host was extremely responsive and always replied to our messages very quickly, and they were consistently friendly and helpful. Whenever we had any issues, such as a temporary water supply problem, they arrived within about 30 minutes and resolved it right away. Their response time was truly impressive. On the night we arrived, we arranged a time to meet the host at the house to settle the payment, and they were very flexible and accommodating with our schedule. They also gave us helpful suggestions about places to visit in Da Nang. Since the washing machine instructions were in Vietnamese and we didn’t know how to use it, the host kindly came and showed us how it works. We also forgot to bring international plug adapters, and they quickly brought two adapters for us shortly after we asked. Check-in and check-out were both very smooth and convenient. The house itself is excellent. It’s a two-storey house with three bedrooms, very clean and comfortable. The facilities are complete — there is a kitchen, a place to dry clothes, a small fish pond area, and a large TV where we could watch Netflix. Everything was well prepared and very comfortable for our family. The location is also fantastic. As soon as you walk downstairs there are many places to explore, shops, and restaurants. It’s in a very lively and convenient area. The price is also very reasonable, and my whole family had a very happy stay here.

The building is very new. Rooms are clean fully furnished new. All the necessities. And really great staff and manager there.

The location is excellent. Right in the city center, super convenient for walking around and catching transport. The facilities are nice too but room and bathroom could be cleaner. There was some dust in corners and the bathroom wasn’t freshly detailed. Staff are polite but quite introverted/reserved. Check-in was quick and efficient, but don’t expect much chat or local tips from them. If you prefer a quiet, no-interaction stay then it’s fine

Everything was perfect. The rooftop sea view was absolutely fantastic and one of the highlights of our trip. the location was great, and the overall experience exceeded our expectations. Highly recommended, and I would definitely stay here again!
