This place is excellent. Right in the heart of Hanoi. Everything at your doorstep. But the most amazing thing about this hotel is the staff. So friendly and will go out of their way for you. If you have a question about anything they will absolutely help you. Fabulous experience. And such a comfortable clean hotel. I loved it

Centre of old quarter.. close to beer street and all Shops and restaurants..

The location and home-like serviced apartment, very clean and comfortable for a big family with kids. Facility has a nice restaurant in building, great location and helpful staff. Kitchen is well equipped and washing machine is a savior for a mom with a small kids.

Our family stayed at Willow Hotel for 3 nights and booked 2 rooms. The rooms were clean, lovely, and looked brand new. Everything felt cozy and well-maintained. The front desk staff were very friendly, helpful, and always ready to assist with anything we needed. We had a great experience and felt very comfortable throughout our stay. Would definitely come back again!

The location is wonderful, it’s a home of a local family who are honest and hardworking.

Its a home, two rooms, very spacious for 4 of us. easy to walk around. I walked 30 minutes from the homestay to the Train Street. A convenience store next door. I like most the cafe downstair with very delicious drinks, cakes and very cool environment.

Little hidden gem down a tiny dark lane way right in the heart of the action. Fantastic spot and great communication.. perfect for our grown up family. All rooms are on separate floors connected by outdoor staircases.giving us all privacy. Bottom room has a small sitting area that we could all gather in. Top and middle bedrooms have private bathrooms, bottom floor has external bathroom and kitchen across small courtyard.

The place is right at the center of the Old Quarter, it’s easy to go to every places. The staff is friendly and helpful
