Pet-friendly hotels and homes in Tả Van

The homestay was great, peaceful, relaxing and close to nice trekking spots. The home meal in the evening was absolutely delicious.

We loved Mama Gia’s! It was one of the most authentic experiences we could have ever done! We were amazed to find out that this was the only homestay in this entire village! So it was truly authentic as other villages have many tourists with hundreds of home stays. I think we probably had more comfortable facilities than most home stays but this was our first. We lived amongst the village and ate a wonderful meal with the family for supper as well as an excellent breakfast with another couple of travellers. The walk into the village was beyond amazing and experienced how the people of this country village lived with chickens, ducks, cows, water buffalo, and dogs and how they all just seemed to cohabitate well with one another! Mama Gia arranged for a cab to come pick us up and take us back into town as we were all worn out.

The people are incredibly warm and hospitable, making us feel welcome from the moment we arrived. The view is absolutely stunning and made our stay even more memorable.

Had such a wonderful stay! Although we were there when the weather was very unfavourable, we still had a great time. The hosts were more than incredible, the food was some of the best I’ve had in a long time, and the trekking we did was lovely! Beds very comfortable. Co recommended going to a hot herbal bath in the village and it was great! We will be coming back one day :)

The hosts were incredible friendly, however as we had a busy schedule we didn't spend too much time there. Try their homemade plum or apple wine, it was delicious.
