Great location, especially if you're arriving in or departing from Lviv by train—the station is very close and convenient. The hotel is in a quiet residential area that is still developing, which we really appreciated. The rooms were clean, spacious, and comfortable, and overall we had a very good stay.

Located in Ivano-Frankivsk, Nadiya Palace & Wellness has a bar. Providing a restaurant, the property also features a fitness center, as well as an indoor pool and a sauna.

Stay was nice, everything was clean and tidy. Nice decoration etc. Room was small but cosy. Real good soundproofing was definitely a plus. Location is quite, but it's right in the city center

Staff was excellent, friendly,, helpful. Being American, i could have hoped for at least ONE staff member reasonably fluent in english, this was NOT an issue, only an observation and confusion sometimes reigned. BUT all was taken care of, slowly at times, mostly due to MY lack of Ukrainian, not of their lack of English. It was a MINOR issue, not a problem.

Very friendly and helpful staff at the reception.. Lovely staff at the lounge where I got coffee, cake, snacks, drinks. Adequate parking. The staff always spoke English with me--since I don't speak Ukrainian. Fresh towels and complimentary water daily. Extensive breakfast buffet and friendly staff.

The presidential suite was spacious and well laid out. The bed was comfortable, the jacuzzi large, and generally felt like a small luxury apartment as opposed to a hotel room. The only thing that could have been slightly better was the kitchen area (it was a full size refrigerator and sink, but rather small microwave).
