I stayed at Phoenix for a week with my family. We had the bigger cottage and there was more than enough room for everyone to have their own space. I loved having coffee on our terrace every morning and enjoying the view. The staff was very helpful and accommodating, we had bottled water brought into our cottage every day as you cannot drink tap water there. I liked how they had a kids pool and an adult pool (even though some adults ended up bringing their kids to the adult pool, but that's on them) and the bar right next to it. There are really too many things to mention about this place, just in general it exceeded my expectations and I highly recommend it.

Breakfast and roof spa were gooood, proximity to slopes was perfect. Large ski rental facility directly in the hotel, however still missing skipass shop. 50m2 room used by 2 adults and 3 kids could practically accomodate up to 6 adults. Small hickup with parking lot entry gate hitting the front bamper of the car due to poorly installed sensors was well settled by administration. Would probably visit again during "low season" when prices get reduced and weather permitting.

Central location, close to the rifts, good breakfast and staff

All staff from kitchen to front desk was all very friendly and super helpful. Very clean facility. Only thing was during the construction there was sewage smell in the building.

Гарні номера та затишні. Локація не шумна і не біля доріг. Басейн про який дбають та чистять (продовжуйте так же) - що супер важливо та не маленький як в конкурентних готелях. Хороша кухня та досить помірні ціни. Адміністрація відгукується та йде назустріч. Хороші ситні сніданки, які час від часу змінюються в меню.

Second stay and again everything was perfect. Kateryna, the administrator was professional, polite and always helpful. Bogdana was excellent in the dining room and the food was great.

A good relate between price and quality. Excellent room. Nice Mountain View. Not bad breakfasts.
