Great hotel with a long tradition. The buffet restaurant in this hotel is THE BEST I've ever been to. The choice of food is incredible, I often couldn't decide what to eat because everything looked so good. And not only is there a lot of food, but it is also of very high quality.

I absolutely liked everything: the house looks great, it is clean, close to the beach, restaurants, the supermarket, and the bus stop as well. There is no problem with parking. Communication with Levi was very good, and he provided us with all the necessary information.

It is a remote place with a beautiful view and surrounding nature. It looks just like on the picture. Nice space with different amenities and a large terrasse. A welcoming host. Convenient checkout. As a note, remoteness means a car would be more convenient if one plans to visit around while staying at the location, taking a bus will require more planning, take this into account.

The apartment is large and roomy. There are a/cs in both the bedroom and the living/kitchen area. The bedroom a/c was not working well when we arrived but, they had it repaired quickly. The shower was large and there was plenty of hot water; bed was King-size and comfortable. The TVs in both bedroom and living area had streaming apps, like Netflix, HBO, preloaded so we were able to watch movies when we wanted to. Location was excellent for Northern Tenerife, 2 blocks up from the plaza de Espana, where there is an underground parking garage. There are lots of restaurants and shops just uphill from the hotel. We had a car but could not connect to the GPS but found a small tech store where we bought a sim card; problem solved. I would definately stay here again, if I return to Tenerife.

Perfect studio for a couple with pretty new furniture and at very good location. It has everything you need including a nice wardrobe and a small balcony over the streets. We even used laundry machine in the hallway of the building since we had lots of dirty clothes after hikings. A couple of nice restaurants and caffees around it and its center location makes it perfect for a night out for a dinner and few drinks. Public garage is 100m away, costs 12 euros per day.

Casanaga is located in Anaga Natural Park in Santa Cruz de Tenerife. Restaurants, bars and cafeterias are 98 feet away. We do not offer free parking anymore.

The staffs were amazing, especially the concierge in the lobby! The complementary chocolates and spa access were a nice touch. The hotel looks amazing too. The room is massive and comfortable.
