Location, also I was there in the kitchen around breakfast time and they lady had laid out breakfast for another table.. and when she saw me there.. she gave me some breakfast too.. I booked last minute l.. literally 3 mins before I went to old town because the place i booked told me when I arrived that they did not have water.. the lady was waiting for me on such short notice.. I was so grateful. .. the cows grazing and the sound of the river were a delightful rural life experience

Teona is absolutely the nicest and most helpful host. Whatever requirement we had, be it transportation or food, or itinerary recommendations, she was there to help. She went out of her way to make sure we had a comfortable stay and enjoyed our time in Mestia. The guesthouse is also at a great location, at a walking distance to the main parts of the city, and is surrounded by serene fields. I would absolutely love to stay here again. The rooms are spacious and very comfortable.

We stayed for two nights in April and had a truly wonderful time. The host gave us a warm and friendly welcome, including their smart dog “Roki” 😊 The hotel is located at the highest point in Mazeri village, offering a stunning view surrounded by five beautiful mountains. We even had the chance to try skiing right in front of the hotel! The room was lovely and clean, and the food was delicious. We loved the peaceful environment and had an amazing time with our family. We truly love this place and would highly recommend it.

The tiny houses are fantastic, featuring cozy, clean, and beautifully designed rooms, and the delicious breakfast served in the morning was the perfect, high-quality start to our day. What really takes this place to the next level is the breathtaking location and its lush, vibrant greenery. The surroundings and the views are absolutely fantastic, and our kids enjoyed themselves immensely playing outside and interacting with the charming farm animals, like the chickens and sheep. If you are looking for a magical, peaceful escape with incredible hospitality and stunning scenery, we cannot recommend this place highly enough!
