The Outside Boutique Hotel was exceptionally clean, the 24-staff was excellent (and could speak English, we couldn't speak Italian), the breakfast was excellent, and they had parking available. Additionally, we had trouble with our rental car, and the hotel owner MIchael went well above and beyond to help, by making local phone calls, and advising us. When we travel to Foggia again (2026?), we will definitely stay here again.

Aurora Serao was outstanding. So friendly, so helpful, she made our trip to Gallipoli a fabulous experience. We can’t say enough good things about her. We are planning a return trip this summer, just because she is there making everything perfect for guests. The property is absolutely spotless. The clean, sleek design of the rooms and the lobby also are soothing to the soul. Nothing too colorful, nothing too busy… We loved the beds, the linens, the bathroom … everything was near perfection. The location, room, breakfast and communication with staff are great. I delayed our hotel arrival around 21:00. The check in was till 20:00. However the staff allowed me to do self check in.

A lovely family owned hotel in Taranto Old Town. Lovingly restored old building. We had a beautiful room with balcony overlooking the square. The staff was so nice, and told us the history of the building and they did everything to make our stay perfect.
