Awesome hotel, excellent location, adorable view. The hotel staff from the reception to the restaurant to the housekeepers is perfect. Anything I asked for I get it ASAP. The owner Francisco and his mother is a leader not a boss and all his staff is like a family. Thanks to the whole QUERCETTA family starting from the reception Giorgia,Jacomo, Eleonora & Martina. The Chefs Giovanni, Lorenzo & Elisabetta. I try all the menu plus the Chef was making always a surprise dishes and all what I can say WOWWWWW. Location, beautiful facilities, superb breakfast, shuttle service to the city, comfortable bed, spa, comfortable and elegant common areas but above all the kindness of the staff. They did everything in their power to assist us always with kindness and a big smile. Lovely room, beautiful linens, comfortable bed. The terrace was an absolute treat and we enjoyed watching birds. A hot water kettle and tea were available in the room. The staff were so welcoming and kind throughout our stay. And the voucher for coffee and a pastry was a real treat.
