I come with kids and dog … everything is perfect for me … staff send kids to ski school from 9 and send them back at 12:30 .. staff are all super helpful … the house is clean , everything is equipped , I strongly recommend jade group ( I hate to promoted as I’m worry I can’t book next time ) anyway … if you have car , 100 % highly recommended :)

What a lovely stay! It felt like home and I met incredible people there. The dinners were great as well and Gaspard is such a kind and nice host. The lodge is located a bit out of town but there is a good shuttle system to take you to town/slopes. I only stayed a couple of nights but it feels like I was there much longer ✨

Amenities were crisp, clean, and modern. The space was warm and comfortable, despite very cold temperatures outside. The owner was extremely friendly and helped out when we had an issue with our toddler. Check in instructions were clear and easy to follow and we had everything we needed for a pleasant stay in Hakuba.

The last time we came to Hakuba for snowboarding was 2017, so this trip felt extra special. We were very lucky to find this beautiful chalet at the last minute. It truly has everything you need for a comfortable stay. You can tell the owner has put a lot of thought and effort into making the place welcoming and well-equipped. We also did our best to keep everything clean and well cared during our stay. Communication with the owner was excellent which we really appreciated. The family snow trip was priceless and we will definitely be back ^_^

The house was fantastic. Check-in was smooth. Hosts were responsive and very thoughtful to help us arrange extra beds and chairs without us asking. Villa was only a few minutes walk away from the slopes and an even shorter walk away to the nearest rental store.

The property is beautiful and comfortable. It is a separate private cabin that is attached to the outside of the hosts' home, with your own private entrance, bedroom, kitchen, shower+tub, and toilet . The location is very quiet and peaceful with nice views of the mountainside. You also get your own drying room with a separate heater, which is great for storing and drying ski gear each night. The location is perfect, it is a 1 minute walk away from a shuttle stop with free shuttles to Happo-One, Iwatake, Goryu, and 47. It is a 10-15 minute walk to central Echoland and restaurants. The hosts are great people. They are very kind and helpful. We were able to communicate easily through messaging and Google translate, and they were very responsive. They even offered to take us grocery shopping, got us seats at a good restaurant, and took us to the ski resort one morning. Their dog is cute too. They will make you feel welcome during your stay. We loved our stay and can't wait to come back!
