Hospitality, food and location

Mary and Alex were great managers. They had great recommendations for local eateries and were very knowledgeable about the resorts. I had every need met and even when I needed to check out expeditiously it was done so! Thank you, Mary and Alex, for being amazing hosts at Panketo!

What a lovely stay! It felt like home and I met incredible people there. The dinners were great as well and Gaspard is such a kind and nice host. The lodge is located a bit out of town but there is a good shuttle system to take you to town/slopes. I only stayed a couple of nights but it feels like I was there much longer ✨

One of the best memories I’ve had in Japan. The place was super nice and cozy it felt just like home. The people running this place were very wholesome and helpful. The place is spotless clean. The breakfast was very delicious. A great getaway to relax and escape the city. My only regret is not staying longer. Will definitely be visiting again. 1000/10

Breakfast was great! Free with your room and buffet style. The staff was helpful throughout the entire stay! Bonus - the hotel is partnered with Rhythm Sports for easy rental pickup and drop off for skis and snowboards.

Breakfast was excellent. Location was just a short walk from both the bus stop (we came in from Nagano) as well as the Goryu ski resort. Staff was very friendly. Several restaurants and a 7-Eleven within a 15 minute walk. Good value for the price. There is also an Onsen on site which was amazing. We used it every night during our stay.

The Kitchen is so nice and it's perfect for the group stay.

This is one of the nicest vacation homes we’ve ever stayed. Lovely design with well throughout floor plan. And it’s great to have 2 toilets and a washer/dryer. Very clean and is close to everything.

Really great location and so nice to have laundry and a kitchen. The natural light was beautiful and open plan. The family that owns it is so great and really welcoming. We felt very comfortable and it was a perfect place for a family vacation.

Spacious and clean. It is also a plus to have the staff come pick up the trash and change your towels everyday.

The location was beautiful, out of the way and well maintained. We appreciated the thoughtful layout that provided both privacy and communal space

I come with kids and dog … everything is perfect for me … staff send kids to ski school from 9 and send them back at 12:30 .. staff are all super helpful … the house is clean , everything is equipped , I strongly recommend jade group ( I hate to promoted as I’m worry I can’t book next time ) anyway … if you have car , 100 % highly recommended :)

We loved the location, it was spacious, comfortable, had warm toilet seats, laundry was convenient, kitchen was perfect, the ski shed attached to the house was so awesome with little seats out there and boot drying racks, hangars, etc. and the property owner was beyond helpful.

The last time we came to Hakuba for snowboarding was 2017, so this trip felt extra special. We were very lucky to find this beautiful chalet at the last minute. It truly has everything you need for a comfortable stay. You can tell the owner has put a lot of thought and effort into making the place welcoming and well-equipped. We also did our best to keep everything clean and well cared during our stay. Communication with the owner was excellent which we really appreciated. The family snow trip was priceless and we will definitely be back ^_^

We had an amazing stay at the Hakuba Inn Bloom! Once we arrived at Hakuba station (bus drop off from Nagano) the staff at the Bloom were there to pick us up for a complimentary transfer to the hotel. PERFECT location....a short walk from Echoland, but far enough away so not too noisy. Also, just down the road there is a free shuttle bus to Goryu, 47 etc. For the other resorts, you simply walk up to Echoland and hop on the bigger buses which take you to the other resorts (included in the lift ticket cost). The BIG supermarket is about 15 minutes walk, easily doable. For the room...we loved it! Is it the fanciest apartment ever? No, but the bedrooms were huge, the beds were comfy, the rooms were clean, thats all you need. My family and I loved it, and we will be staying here again next time we visit Hakuba.
