My room was very clean with an amazing view from balcony. Breakfast was 10/10.

When we travel we often use Motel One and have never been disappointed so it was no surprise to us that the Innsbruck branch met the same high standards that we have come to expect from this hotel chain. What we didn't anticipate was the fantastic view from the bar on the 13th floor, an added bonus.

Nice and helpful stuff. Excellent facilities, for me as a wheelchair user. Any thing was easy, and flowing.

Facilities are great, such as breakfast, free travel pass, free locker (very decent sized !!) and free linen for the beds. Beds were stable.. great rooms to eat, chill, work throughout. Super Flexible cancellation on booking.com which was excellent!!

- Communication was quick and clear - Facilities clean and newish - Kitchen is very small, especially the sink, but livable for sure. You know where you go as you book, so even if we were cooking quite a bit, we found our way in the kitchen - The best thing in that appartment was A/C as it was 36-37 degrees outside on some days.

Perfect location with a tram/bus stop right out front! Breakfast was beyond my expectations and delicious every morning. Staff were very friendly and accommodating. Would definitely recommend to anyone and would stay again.

Very clean room with great interior design.. Location is right in the center of main tourist attractions and various shops. Staffs are very helpful and friendly especially the front office.

Amazing location in the best part of Innsbruck! Everything from buses to shops, to restaurants is at your doorstep less than a minute or two walk. The host was easy to extremely easy to work with and so kind. The space was clean and simple with absolutely everything you need.

Breakfast is exceptional! All things prepared with care and delicious. The staff is amazing kind and gentle, help you with everything with great care. The location is perfect if you want to be in the city. It’s a great value for money.
