Upon request, they can provide an iron. This was helpful because I was attending a conference. There are plenty of transportation options nearby. The WIFI worked well.

Terrific service, selection, and hours

Amazing location in the heart of Innsbruck with stunning mountain views from the room. The hotel was modern, clean, and very comfortable, and the staff were friendly and welcoming. Breakfast was excellent and the overall atmosphere felt luxurious and relaxing. Perfect stay for couples and travelers exploring the city.

So clean, absolute perfection, the best and cleanest facilities I have ever frequented, big rooms, very good bathroom with seperate toilet, terrific terrace to relax and have a drink, fabulous views, great breakfast and restaurant. Free parking and say hello to the Alpacas. Nice swimming pool it was a bit cool on 20th of May at 6 o’clock, very refreshing.

The breakfast is really good!! I have know the location earlier before I book the hotel. It is situated a bit far from the city centre but the bus is very frequent and stop right in front of the hotel which is a plus. Along the way the bus journey also come with beautiful scenery . I will stay again here is I visit Innsbruck again. The price come with breakfast is really good value.

Michael provided excellent communication and was very responsive to messages . The apartment is in a very convenient location to Old Town, shopping, and public transportation . The bedroom and living room are large and comfortable. The living room window has a great view of the mountains. Michael makes the check-in and check out process easy.
