Our room was super spacious and the bed was large and comfortable. We felt the property was very peaceful and quiet, even with its very central location. The staff are friendly and very helpful with anything you need. An airport transfer at 2.30am and late check-in was no issue for them. The property is walkable to many restaurants, shops, and tourist sites (like the witches market, main squares, and teleferico stations). I would definitely stay here again if returning to La Paz.

Start to finish was amazing at this brand new place. 1825 Stay is beautiful and brand new. Victor at the front desk was amazing and tracked down an early morning taxi for me. I called my two friends who are heading to La Paz in a few days and made sure they booked here. I took a chance because there were very few reviews as it had just opened this week. I'm so glad I did! The overall value and experience was really good!

Excellent and friendly communication while booking. I was arriving early am from an overnight bus and Pilar assured me I could come any time to utilize the common spaces and would try to accommodate my early check in. The hotel, garden and sitting areas very lovely. Many nice touches throughout. Highly recommend.

Very clean and comfortable room with a king size bed. Super friendly and attentive staff. The hotel was recently renovated and updated with nice decorations reflecting Bolivian culture and history. Good location, short walk to the Murillo line of the Telecerico. We would definitely stay there again.

One of the best Hostel experiences I've had so far. The staff is super friendly and helpful, there is always something to do, they provide a lot of activities etc. The beds are comfortable, there is hot water, and the bathrooms are clean.

My hostess was very responsive, she always responded to my messages with almost no delay. I arrived at a late hour, after 10 p.m., on a bus, where I couldn't know the exact arrival time. However, I managed to get in, with just a few minutes waiting. The location is very nice, close to the central square. I went to most places by simply walking. To El Alto and other more distant places I took the cable car, which is fast, convenient, safe, and very inexpensive (about 15 euro cents per ride). The apartment is on the 7th and top floor. The lift only goes to the 6th, but walking one flight of stairs is nothing. The views are magnificent towards El Alto. The apartment has everything that one needs, including a fridge, a deep freezer, a microwave oven, and a gas stove. My hostess promptly replied to all my questions. I wish I had stayed in La Paz longer, and this apartment would have been the perfect choice for a longer stay and for one or two people.

Well located, safe, staff are friendly

Super clean and safe building in a central location in the older part of the city. The couple running it is very fluent in English as well. During my stay in October 2023. I came down with very bad Altitude sickness. I was bed ridden and couldn’t catch my breath. During that time the older couple running the place kept on checking on me. They kept bringing me medicine/water and food. On the third day they insisted I go to the hospital. They drove me there and I ended up in hospital for 11 days. With 3 days being in the icu. During that time they visited me everyday. They talked to the doctors for me and handled almost all the paperwork. Without them helping me I would of been completely lost. I do not speak Spanish and was traveling alone at the time. I cannot thank them enough for all they have done for me! Besides from helping me survive altitude sickness,the apartments themselves are comfortable. Wifi in bolivia isn't always great and here it was standard with some flaky moments. I enjoyed the apartments after all and in my second staying I ended up enjoying the city to its fullest. I definitely recommend it and know you can count on the hosts.

I recently had the pleasure of staying at Hotel Boutique Vivenzo, and I must say it was an outstanding experience! The hospitality was truly amazing from start to finish. The facility is top-notch, with spacious, impeccably clean rooms that made our stay incredibly comfortable. The breakfast service was a highlight, offering a wide variety of dishes and fresh juices that made every morning delightful. Special mention to the breakfast crew, especially a young lady whose name I unfortunately don't recall. Her warm smile and eagerness to assist guests were remarkable and made the experience even more enjoyable. I would also like to acknowledge Alvaro Huanca for his exemplary customer service and communication skills. His command of English was impressive, especially considering how rare it was to find English-speaking staff in La Paz. His enthusiasm for learning and communicating in English was truly commendable. Alvaro also provided invaluable advice on what to do and avoid during our stay, ensuring we felt comfortable and well-informed. Overall, Hotel Boutique Vivenzo excels in both hospitality and service, making it a perfect choice for anyone visiting La Paz. Highly recommended!
