They have free dessert and bakery, local spring water to offer for their guests. The hotel staff is super friendly and helpful if you need any guidance or help.

Excellent front service, greeted by the lovely owner. Room was perfect, in fact two rooms were available. Comfortable, quiet, by the river with a terrace, very clean and exceeded our expectations. Oldest hotel in Bad Ragaz. Location was perfect, close to everything to walk to. Breakfast was amazing. Best I’ve had in years at a hotel. Thank you, we will be back next year!

Roo was very clean, ligth, modern, big and well laid out. There was also a nice balcony. Breakfast was very good and consisted mostly in homemade/local products. Staff was very friendly and accomodating. I also booked the restaurant and we had an icredible gastronomic experience.

The location of the hotel is stunning! All members of staff were very friendly and I felt very comfortable there. The room I had was super clean and the bed comfortable. I would definitely stay here again.

Amazing,everything was perfect I wish I had more time to stay there i recommend it to everyone, specially for the travelers,this place located in a very good pint of bad ragaz with good access to everywhere around.

It was clean, room was large and spacious, they allowed me to leave my bags with them after checkout so that we could continue enjoying the town

The property in in an excellent location overlooking the town below. The room was big with an ensuite bathroom. More than enough parking was available for our rental car. The washer and dryer helped a lot getting clothes clean.

Everything was outstanding. Check in, valet, spa, restaurant, breakfast, room , and staff were all impeccable. This a beautiful property with a fantastic staff. A truly wonderful experience.
