United StatesFirst time stay. I was in a private single room, so cannot comment on the dormitory situation. My room was extremely quiet, and very comfortable. Solid concrete walls so could not hear anyone else. Handy personal safe in the room. Very nice crew on the front desk - ready to answer any travel questions about the area and make recommendations. Breakfast was good - continental as advertised but enough to start your day. Need a couple more toasters though; seemed someone always waiting! Great location - can walk easily to either main train station. Wifi was good enough for YouTube and FaceTime connections. I would recommend this place and plan to stay again on a future visit.

He the reason of loving our stay.

United StatesVery spacious apartment with more than enough space for the 4 of us. Full size kitchen, dining table, and living room for us to hang out. Our host, Tony, was also very wonderful and helpful throughout our stay. He helped us check in and show us around, and gave us access to the laundry room. The property was a 10-15 min walk to the Main Street in Interlaken and was located in a cute, safe neighborhood with nice restaurants and bakeries nearby. We all had a wonderful stay and would definitely stay here again!

The staff were fantastic and the meals the Chef prepared were exceptional, we could not fault this hotel for hospitality service, comfort and views and in our opinion possibly the best location in Interlaken. We stayed in the main house for 9 nights on the first floor that has a balcony with the views of the lake and the mountains. We would highly recommend this hotel as a base to visit Interlaken and the surrounding area.

The location is good. It just few minutes walk from Interlaken West train station and city center. There is a bus station close to the apartment that convenient to travel to Interlaken Ost station.
We informed the host that we arrived at around 2 pm and hoped the apartment to be available and it was surpised that they made it for us. Thanks for the nice arrangement.

The location is great! Next to a supermarket and bus stop. Also is close to the city center, by foot you can walk for 15min and reach it. The view of the room was amazing. There's a great pub inside the hostel with great people!

The location of the property is good. Far away from city centre but if you want quite holiday where u can enjoy near lake side, swim in the water, or enjoy beautiful view. The bus stop and boat stop is at the property whuchyis great. They give city pass on which one stop to interlaken is free. Property in general is is very pretty and have option of free parking. Breakfast options were great. Staff is helpful and decent.

The host is lovely - very helpful and kind. The location is perfect for travelling to popular tourist spots and also to the airport. It is my second time staying here and loved it. The apartments are great for longer stays with larger groups and if you want to be able to cook - there is a stove, microwave, multi-cooker, dishwasher, kettle, fridge, etc. Overall, a great place to stay with lovely hosting and staff - cleaners also very friendly and do an excellent job.

Perfect for a family or group of 6. Carmen is very nice person. Right from my booking, Carmen was always in contact with me. The apartment has everything needed. They provide cooking utensils, cleaning products, coffee pods, etc. very nice location too. City center is 5mins by walk. Interlaken west is 10mins by walk. Interlaken Ost is 20mins. Would definitely recommend for family/groups

It's a small but comfortable hotel. At the reception Maddie & Priscila were very sweet and helpful. The location is perfect with a lovely view from the window. Breakfast was simple but filling. Lady at the breakfast was always smiling and polite, even while she is busy running around working. Would definitely recommend for the location and comfort if you don't need a fancy place to stay.

I lived in this place and I would happily come back here again! The room was clean, the room had everything you needed! The location is great! I had a great time in this place and I advise everyone to choose this place to stay. You won't regret it and will be very satisfied. The breakfast was very tasty. I am a man who loves to eat, I ate for half the day and was very pleased! They have a buffet with a lot of food. Breakfast was very tasty and varied

We love everything about the hotel. The location was great, 10 mins walk or 6 mins bus ride to the main train station. Love the fact that it is not exactly at the city center (it's in a neighborhood area), so the surrounding is so peaceful. Love the hotel ambience in general. Everything was so carefully thought. The common area, the cafetaria, the spa and sauna, gym, luggage room, this hotel has everything. The room was so comfortable and quite spacious to fit 3 people and big luggages.

Location wise it is amazing! Nice relax and chill place and great view on the lake. Around 5miniutes of driving and youre in Interlaken city centre.
