United StatesFirst time stay. I was in a private single room, so cannot comment on the dormitory situation. My room was extremely quiet, and very comfortable. Solid concrete walls so could not hear anyone else. Handy personal safe in the room. Very nice crew on the front desk - ready to answer any travel questions about the area and make recommendations. Breakfast was good - continental as advertised but enough to start your day. Need a couple more toasters though; seemed someone always waiting! Great location - can walk easily to either main train station. Wifi was good enough for YouTube and FaceTime connections. I would recommend this place and plan to stay again on a future visit.

One of the best locations, the best view from balcony, and the apartment was very nice.
Within a distance of 900 meters, one can observe the magnificent and exquisite waterfall of Brienz Lake.
A supermarket, a reputable restaurant, and local medical facilities are conveniently located within close proximity.
The proprietor is exceedingly friendly.

The host is lovely - very helpful and kind. The location is perfect for travelling to popular tourist spots and also to the airport. It is my second time staying here and loved it. The apartments are great for longer stays with larger groups and if you want to be able to cook - there is a stove, microwave, multi-cooker, dishwasher, kettle, fridge, etc. Overall, a great place to stay with lovely hosting and staff - cleaners also very friendly and do an excellent job.

Perfect for a family or group of 6. Carmen is very nice person. Right from my booking, Carmen was always in contact with me. The apartment has everything needed. They provide cooking utensils, cleaning products, coffee pods, etc. very nice location too. City center is 5mins by walk. Interlaken west is 10mins by walk. Interlaken Ost is 20mins. Would definitely recommend for family/groups

It's a small but comfortable hotel. At the reception Maddie & Priscila were very sweet and helpful. The location is perfect with a lovely view from the window. Breakfast was simple but filling. Lady at the breakfast was always smiling and polite, even while she is busy running around working. Would definitely recommend for the location and comfort if you don't need a fancy place to stay.

We love everything about the hotel. The location was great, 10 mins walk or 6 mins bus ride to the main train station. Love the fact that it is not exactly at the city center (it's in a neighborhood area), so the surrounding is so peaceful. Love the hotel ambience in general. Everything was so carefully thought. The common area, the cafetaria, the spa and sauna, gym, luggage room, this hotel has everything. The room was so comfortable and quite spacious to fit 3 people and big luggages.

The view was spectacular and the breakfast was lovely - so much choice on offer! I couldn't have asked for anything more: the hotel is a 2-minute walk from the train station at the end of the road. It's the perfect place to stay when visiting Interlaken. Would thoroughly recommend!

The stay was incredibly comfortable, especially for the kids who had access to a variety of toys to play with. The kitchen was fully equipped with all the necessary amenities for basic cooking, which made meal preparation a breeze. Additionally, the location was fantastic as there was a restaurant nearby where we could conveniently order food online. Its the perfect place to stay for a family with spacious room, with beautiful view, close to OST station which is at the center of all places to visit so you save a lot of time in the day for different activities. The place is very close to the bus stop which takes you to the main Interlaken train stations. Host was great as she helped us throughout the stay right from check in. She was kind enough to allow us to stay little longer than check out time.

The room provided was remarkably comfortable, and I particularly appreciated the gracious hospitality of the property owner. Additionally, the property's close proximity to both the metro station and city center made transportation exceptionally convenient and efficient. An ideal location to stay and enjoy the hill view.

We loved our stay in this hotel. Excellent customer service. Sir Paul is very friendly and always checks on us. The location is perfect as its just few blocks from the train station. Its nearby convienience stores, shops and near to the park where you can watch paragaliders as they land. Its a simple family owned Inn. Just perfect and comfortable place to stay in during our trip.
