Places to Stay in Zermatt

Excellent hotel with beautiful facilities and amazing service. I forgot a wallet with documents and credit cards in the room safe and the staff did everything they could to get the wallet to me in a train station that was more than one hour away. Very attentive staff through out our stay too.

Spotless, cozy, and spacious rooms. Great breakfast and staff. Great location, a short walk from the main station (very easy to go as a large group with many pieces of luggage and two small dogs).

Enjoyed its location and the view of Majestic Matterhorn from the room. It’s conveniently located near stores, river- for walk and train station.

Breakfast spread was good, cornflakes, muesli, fruits, breads, jams. It was a scrumptious spread. the room was small but enough to accommodate 2 ppl, everything was fine. the Location was walkable from the Zermatt station.

This has been the most helpful experience I’ve had in Switzerland. From the moment we arrived, the staff were awesome very informative and helpful. Breakfast was pretty good and well-balanced. The rooms were very comfortable and cozy; everything felt clean, and it was always warm inside. One of the best hotels I’ve stayed in.

This place is way beyond beautiful. Exceeded our expectations. The location was calm and so close to the train station. Our suite had a balcony, it was very spacios and had complimentary coffee, tea, water and all toiletteries needed. With full access to swimming pool and spa. The buffet style breakfast was delicious

Best location. Next to the gornergrat bahn and a few minutes to the sunnegga bergbahn. Next, The 2 ladies who were cleaning the whole building are doing an awesome job. Spotless clean. Lastly, thanks to the manager for making my stay even better. Great hospitality. Will stay here again in the future

We had a wonderful time! The room was warm, cozy and clean. We gad a great view over the town and the Matterhorn. Breakfast was great. Staff was very helpful and friendly.

Location was not dar from the train station, staff is very nice , all things are clean and it was a good experience in zermatt. Breakfast was awesome.

Beautiful view of the Matterhorn from the balcony! Close to train station, stores, and restaurants. The owner was very nice and told us that her grandfather built the hotel in 1918! This place is not fancy but very comfortable, and the view cannot be beat!

Location was incredible near a great photo op of Matterhorn and very near the train station and stores, very nice host, bathroom was very clean and spacious, room very big and with a great balcony

This apartment is in the perfect location. Right in town. Close to shopping, not far from hiking and the restaurant downstairs was excellent. They took care of everything we needed. We were very happy with our stay.

This is the second time we have stayed here. Good spacious rooms, friendly staff and good continental breakfast.

1. The location is extremely close to the Zermatt Train Station (2 minutes walk) 2. The room was very spacious and even had an extra bed with a small sun/moon roof window facing the Matterhorn Peak 3. The washroom was also very spacious 4. Overall the hotel had an excellent vintage touch with beautiful showpieces savoring the essence of the village, throwing a 60’s vibe 5. The hotel itself elevated our stay in Zermatt

Everything! Staff was amazing, the room was very comfortable and beautiful. Location was perfect. Breakfast was probably the best breakfast buffet I have had in a hotel. The spa facilities were amazing. I loved this hotel!!

Hotel is in good location. Room is clean and big enough for 2 people. Staff is very friendly and can give you any information about Zermatt. Breakfast is very good.
