Beautiful property! Quit, lots of humming birds and beautiful foilage. Amazing staff, went out of their way to accommodate us. Definitely planning another trip back!

What a beautiful spot! We liked it so much that we stayed longer. The rooms were beautiful overlooking the little lake—just like the picture. The staff was very friendly and helpful, and the restaurant was perfect. We really enjoyed the toucan preserve, the butterflies, and the waterfalls nearby.

A beautiful, serene place to relax and enjoy nature. The grounds are immaculate and rooms big and beautiful with rainforest air flowing through. I saw toucans and many other birds, fish in the pond, guatusas, beautiful flowers. There are trails, pool and nice sitting areas. Amazing peace and tranquility. The breakfasts were all different, delicious hot meals made fresh every morning. The hosts were wonderful and took care of everything needed, as well as helping with recommendations and information. I highly recommend.

The room is clean, and the hostel is conveniently close to town. They have an amazing garden full of hummingbirds. The staff are super nice, and we really enjoyed our stay. Their dog, Rocky, is amazing; we had an early morning trip to the bird garden, and he walked us all the way there, which was so sweet.

I loved this hotel so much that I extended my stay for an extra night. The owners are incredibly accommodating, and have clearly poured a loooot of love into making a home away from home for their guests. The rooms and bathrooms are spacious, modern, and clean. The beds are super comfortable. The towels and silk (!) sheets are changed daily. The showers are hot as hell and have fancy, free soap. The common areas and kitchen are really well equipped, and the balcony/eating area that overlooks the garden is really lush. I saw seven species of hummingbirds and about ten other bird species, plus agoutis, while sitting and eating my brekky there.

Its an amazing place to stay. Probably one of the best places in Mindo. The mattress is firm and ideal for a good sleep. The orchid garden is amazing. The owner of the property is very attending, always responds and resolves problems quickly.

It is a little bit out of town so very peaceful but not too far where getting into town is difficult. It is only a short walk.. You wake up to the sound of birds pecking at your window and after a day of activities can chill on the hammocks watching the mist come down on the mountains and the birds in the garden. The staff were very friendly and helpful.

The staff were very friendly and helpful booking tours. The breakfasts and dinners were delicious. Our room has a balcony overlooking the stream; it was pleasant and comfortable. The bathroom was large and the shower had excellent regulated hot water (no hot/cold surges). We really enjoyed our visit and will come back.

This hotel is perfectly located in the middle of town, and only metres from the main street but is still very quiet. The room was large enough, had a comfy bed and an excellent shower with hot water and great pressure. The staff were welcoming and friendly, and the included breakfast was a nice addition. The coffee is top notch. Overall, an excellent hôtel with a great price. I would recommend staying here.
