Very clean, really good and kind staff, the breakfast was amazing, the room and the bed very comfortable, the food of the restaurant delicious. I really enjoyed my stay there.

The hotel is a total experience, the restaurants are amazing, the view the polos, the staff, very kindly and always trying to help!!! If you came to Luxor, you should come to relax and have an amazing time in an amazing place. This hotel is a total dream!!

The welcoming by the staff was refreshing after a long trip, I was friendly received and my room was immaculate and no ask was too small for the staff. They went out of their way to make it my home away from home! Pool attendance was super relaxed with staff catering for all your needs. I'll not think twice about staying again!

Excellent hotel in an unbelievable location! Felt like a really relaxing hotel with great amenities. Staff were also lovely and very helpful. The outside space will take your breath away overlooking the nile and i like that you can use the spa pool as well which is a bit quieter. Food and drink was also a reasonable price. Possibly the best hotel we stayed at Egypt.

The staff here is friendly and courteous. They even made me a breakfast box for my early morning leave at checkout. The location is very safe and central. The rooftop pool is a nice addition.

Excellent location on the banks of Nile with superb bar abd restaurants! The rooms are clean though a bit old. The food and surroundings are excellent!

This is a very cost-effective accommodation. They are very responsive to guests' needs. If I visit Luxor again, I would stay here.

The stuff and all the things were perfect!

The highlight of our stay at Malkata House was undoubtedly Seed's hospitality. He and the chef looked after us exceptionally well throughout our four-night stay and genuinely made us feel welcome and comfortable. The property itself is beautifully decorated in a traditional Arabic style, with plenty of seating areas spread across different floors where guests can relax and enjoy the atmosphere. We loved spending time in these communal spaces. The staff were also very accommodating when I asked about laundry. As a family of five, I had a full bag of washing and didn't want to be charged per item. The staff kindly agreed to wash the entire bag for USD 10, which I thought was very reasonable. After long days sightseeing in the heat, it was a huge help. The location is excellent for exploring the area. It is only a five-minute walk from the fascinating Medinet Habu, and from the rooftop and upper floors you can enjoy views towards the Valley of the Kings. Our children especially enjoyed cooling off in the pool every day. Overall, Malkata House offers warm hospitality, beautiful surroundings, and a wonderfully peaceful escape from the crowds.

Everything was perfect. The house was clean and big and the owner helped me a lot with the reservation. Totally recommended

The appartment is big and nice equipped

The owner was very welcoming and very understanding when our bus was late and we didnt check in 1030pm. No hassles, he showed us how things worked and if we had any questions to contact him. He helped us order food the following evening and spoke with the drivers. He made us feel welcome without any hassles and created a stress free environment. Definitely worth the price and close to luxor temple and karnak for those who enjoy walking.

Very clean all around kitchen, rooms and bathroom. Cold AC, close to main Temples and bus station. Friendly and Communicative Host, and very helpful also offering tours and transportation to Landmarks or airport and bus station.
