Places to Stay in Can Picafort

The open pool was big enough, and there were enough sunbeds for all the guests. The hotel area is full of green, and it gives such a relaxing time! The restaurant operates very well, and the pool bar has so many snacks and drinks for spending the day around the pool. I'd recommend staying there 100%.

The beach is near the hotel. The apartment is comfortable and big.

The hotel is located close to marina and restaurants. Rooms are spacious and very clean. Breakfast is available at the restaurant right next to the hotel. Rooftop pool is opened up to 10 p.m. which is great.

Great Reception staff. All friendly and supportive. Great Buffet staff(breakfast). Attentive, friendly and eficient. By the way, excellent food, suficient variety. Well done job with the included breakfast! Friendly tip: the Romanian Bar-tender that replaced the night shift at Reception on 09 May I suggest extra attention to the first impression when the customer arrives. For a late check in customer a great vacation start would be a shower and a good sleep. Room 209 was given to us without checking if the shower works after 6 months(closed hotel). I have spoke with him on the phone around 23.00 and he promised to send the tehnician to fix the blocked handle shower. Nobody came. I called back the Reception after 45 min and new Reception voice person(not the Bar-Tender) informed me that tomorrow tehnician will be sent. Next day Reception lady by simply checking personaly the shower managed to break the rust acumulated in 6 months and after brown water fluded the shower was fixed without the tehnician. As I understood from the Bar-Tender he considered him self overqualified (he has 4-5 * hotel experience). Except the minor issue with the shower everything else was excellent, we are overall very satisfied. Thank you Sultan Hotel team.

- location perfect near to the beach and all the facilities (the beach at this location is crystal clear) and near to bus stops and big supermarkets - the room is large, the balcony was a plus

Easy check in, superb location, friendly managers and staff, well equipped apartment.

The modern décor, the location. The heating working well, the beds were v comfortable. All in all a great apartment, so much so that, if we travel to Mallorca next Christmas, we will try to book again

Support 24/7… in Spain it’s unusual service) We had some troubles with electricity and everything has been fixed in 30mins. The house was after restoration (new coffee machine, comfortable mattress and whitewashed walls. Definitely recommend)
