Places to Stay in Colmar

Although it's an IBIS, it's very individual and feels like an independent hotel. Friendly, helpful staff. Dog-friendly. Clean comfortable rooms. Restaurant with local specialities - recommend booking esp on a Sunday when other hotel restaurants are closed.

We visited the week before xmas. Its location is superb! It is a dream hotel for Colmar. You feel the authenticity of the hotel in every detail. Will visit again!

First, we loved our host, who proactively arranged a ride for us when our train was threatened with a strike. Next, we loved the location in the heart of old Colmar. Third, we loved the high ceilings and warm and elgant decoration. Fourth, we loved the facilities in the kitchen, the thick walls that kept us cool when the temperature outside was soaring, and the clothes washing machine that let us stay fresh without visiting a laundromat. The best gite we have ever seen and the kindest host we will ever encounter!

The house is in the city center and 6-7 minutes walking to the free parking area Lacarre. Carrefour and Monoprix is very close for shopping. The house is very well equipped.

Exceptional location in heart of Colmar - Christmas markets right outside your door. The apartment itself was so charming, warm and comfortable. Laurence was a gracious host and so helpful!

We stayed at Suites du trefle over Christmas. The location was fabulous - overlooking one of the Christmas markets in Vieux Colmar. Despite the central location, the suite was very tranquil. We loved the spacious bedrooms, the comforting pellet fireplace and especially Laurent's fabulous hospitality. Highly recommended!

I traveled with my husband and two teenage kids. Our main goal was to visit the Christmas Markets and that's what we achieved, we were walking distance from the main one! The apartment we got was on the third floor, it was ok to climb the stairs once a day on our way back from the markets. Due to my son's allergies, I had requested it to be super clean and it was super lean on arrival! They had everything we needed in order to cook at night and keep everything clean with tablets for the dishwasher. The apartment is small but we managed and were comfortable, it does have great ventilation and all windows can be opened. The little terrace was super nice and small, the view is to the street where the house is, very quaint. Other guests have complained from a smell coming from the sewage. For us it was bearable and understandable since it is a building from 1900s. We kept the little window in the bathroom open and the bathroom door closed, it was perfect. It does look recently renovated so you enjoy modern and old at the same time. Would totally go back and stay here again!!!

The location ist incredible, very central. The appartement is quite good for short trips, also for families with maximum 2 children. The building is old and suits the spirit of old colmar. Comfortable and in general good equipment. We could book it gain.
