Very clean rooms. The hotel had elevator. Nice restaurant with delicious food!

I absolutely loved the hotel. Really good location, good breakfast and the staff was super nice. The room was clean and beautiful. Bathroom was perfect. I had a really good experience.

Everything about the chateau was 4-star. Highly recommend and will be back.

Very close to everything a visitor would want to do in Narbonne, very clean, excellent breakfast (additional cost but very good value), an especially welcoming and charming staff from the front desk to the cleaners.

Great, simple standard room. The breakfast was lovely, and we appreciated the locked gate at night for an added layer of security.

The breakfast was off the charts fabulous and abundant. I've never seen an "included with the room" breakfast as beautifully displayed and prepared. The choices were endless for both the food and beverages. Highly recommend.

Location, cleanliness and facilities

Good location, right off the highway, plenty of parking spaces. Staff very helpful and nice. Rooms look like the pictures on the website. Wifi worked great, food at the restaurant was good.

Simple but ok for a stop in the middle of a trip

We arrived after 7pm but there was still plenty of parking. We checked in easily and reserved breakfast. The room was comfortable, We ate locally and got a good night's sleep. Breakfast was pleasant, nice bread and scrambled eggs. My father had the French bacon too.

Excellent location, right in the centre of everything. The apartment was very clean, well equipped with an excellent bed and shower. The property manager was very helpful.

We could not love this place more! From the charming accommodation, to the kind hosts, to the beautiful view. The breakfast was perfect, everything clean and comfortable. We felt so lucky to have found it, and are planning on returning. xo Susan & Steve

This apartment was absolutely beautiful in every respect... clean, spacious, and filled with so many small details to make you feel right at home immediately. Lise was very responsive and provided many extra amenities like coffee pods, extra large and soft towels, and a most comfortable bed! This apt had a perfect location for exploring Narbonne - and we would stay here again if we ever come back. Narbonne is a wonderful town- friendly, laid back and authentic. The museums are excellent too and there are some great places to eat. Our only regret is that we spent 4 days here and wish it had been 7 or 8. An absolutely wonderful experience!
