Great hotel and great location for ICC. Super friendly staff. Friendly staff and spacious room with nice and updated bathrooms. Bed was the most comfortable I've slept in at a hotel for years. Almost missed my conference because I didn't want to leave it!

Fabulous breakfast. Many choices. Pleasant surprise to see that an Express property had a full bar and restaurant. Very comfortable lobby to hang out in. All stuff incredibly friendly and extremely helpful in call taxis for us.

The property was easy to find, very close to public transport and the centre of the city. It was about a 4 minute walk to the Belfast City Hall and the main shopping area. It also had an onsite restaurant and cafe. The bed was comfortable and extra pillows were available in the room. We didn't eat breakfast in the hotel, but thoroughly enjoyed our meals in the restaurant. Would definitely stay at this hotel if ever in Belfast again.

Everything! The staff were amazing, the hotel was gorgeous and comfy. Great food and drinks. Great place! Definitely will be back!

Brogan was fantastic and helped me put up banners and balloons in the room for my boyfriends birthday she was a star and even gave him a complimentary drink as a birthday present. She was a credit to your hotel!

Amazing value for the price. Wish more hotels would have this model, minimizing room size to keep prices low.

The room size was very good. The location was amazing right close to food, transport, places to visit and shopping whereas it is not exactly city center that takes you away from noise. The staff was very kind and respectful. Facilities at room and cleanliness is appreciated. Kitchen and other facilities are good.

staff were super helpful when i had to book a separate room from my family member.....their snoring was the issue :-/ in a matter of hours i was in a separate space and all this with them being at capacity. very accommodating indeed.

Nice location, perfect little room with a small kitchen, ensuite bathroom, and urban views. Cheap off-street car park on the same street.

Was really close to my tour bus location. Room was clean, came with a stove.staff was polite and helpful.

Just stayed a quick night but everything was satisfying. Location, cleanliness, value, all fine. The included breakfast setup was convenient, each floor has a kitchen where you help yourself. Offerings included the basics like toast, cheese, fruit, coffee, good enough to start the day. The room has an electric kettle well-supplied with coffee, tea and real creamers, nice touch that they include a couple Biscoff cookies.

The Location was brilliant for us it was near the bars we were going to.

Gorgeous hotel but be sure to check your bill as we were nealry charged £50 extra by mistake.

Great location and staff. Right at the city center and the front desk was very friendly. Room was basic but had everything I needed for a restful night after a long day of adventures!

Ideal location, perfect for a family (or an unsociable grump like myself). It has everything you need, plenty of space and privacy, very warm, couldn't hear the neighbours.

We liked everything. Descreet polite check in, just ask for any additional services - hotel will do. You basicaly get a small apartment: big shower with towells and toiletries. Kitchen. Office/leisure area by the window with sofa and table. Big bed with comfy mattress. City center with view to ex-church aka conference center now in our case. Downstairs there is a great bar. Always popular and busy. Just around the corner- great historical pub. 11 out of 10
